Is the Cwood football field at the high school? Clarksville Academy played at a sports complex nowhere near the school.

RB Phillip Booker (1,537 yards, 25 TDs), has 314 postseason yards and three TDs for Nashville Christian. QB Logan Montgomery (2,439 total yards, 30 TDs) has been the key for Collinwood. I'm trying to remain objective too. We've played some very good defenses (and some not so good) the past month and we continue to put up points. The line has been blocking very well and all it takes is a sliver of a hole, and our #7 is gone. He's one of the top track athletes in the state. Interest from decent size schools has picked up a lot in the last month. And there isn't a coach in the state that can outcoach ours - in any division - he is brilliant.

Admittedly I don't know anything about Collinwood's defense, but I don't expect them to be able to shut down what has become a very potent NCS offense. Slow it down a little (maybe) - but not shut it down. NCS will put at least 28 on the board. And like I said earlier, you can't take a team's top tackler out of the middle (Cwood #5) and expect that defense to still perform at the same level. And, of course, you Cwood folks would have no way to know this, but the NCS kicker is money from 40 yards and in.

Yeah - just having a little fun with the Cwood folks. Clarksville Academy crowd seems to think last week's game never happened and they are still playing.

Oh good. Then if NCS wins, there won't be any comments about not having #5 and/or #8 available. Just wanted to get that on record.

Please don't tell me Collinwood may be without 2 of its best players Friday night (#5 and #8). If NCS wins, they won't be given any credit for beating them.

Excited about the chance to play Collinwood Friday night. Definitely want it to be against a healthy team though. Sorry to hear that the team's best defender was hurt last week. Let's hope he can be ready. If we lost our top defender (linebacker) he could not be replaced. Can anyone recommend a restaurant in Collinwood or close by? Would like to get in town early and support a local place.
