I wish your son and the entire team luck Friday night. I really hope your son and Coalfield play the best game possible and also our tigers so we can see who really is the best team. Don't want there to be any excuses on either side so we can send the best team to Cookeville to represent the east. Have a safe trip down to the Jungle and expect an electric atmosphere.

I can say the same thing about Gordonsville. That prediction can go either way

We are only 3 days away from the game and the second year in a row the tigers hosting a semifinal game. Tiger players I hope you are pumped and ready to come out firing on all cylinders. I hope you guys realize how big this game is. You have chance to do something only one other Gordonsville team has ever done. Play hard and smart and let your playing speak for itself.

you are correct. Coalfield still does that. Tjwy have a BIG Oline. They pretty much is run it up the middle and let that big O line open up holes for Bible.

I'm pulling for Huntingdon in this game. I have heard alot of good things about them this year and if we are able to beat Coalfield I would like to see how we match up with them. I think if you wanna be the best you have to beat the best.

I hope your right on your analysis of those teams cause if your right I really like Gordonsville chances against either one of them cause there isn't a any 1A team I have seen yet that can move the ball consistently on Gordonsville for a whole game. Maybe a drive or 2 but not for a whole lot game

they are young. Only 2 seniors on starting lineup 6 juniors and rest are sophomores

I don't think they throw the ball alot. They have a running back(Allison Bible) that is just a sophomore and pretty good. I talked to someone to watched film on them and he said they are Big and good and it just depends on what tiger team shows up. He said if we play like wwe are capable of we should be OK but if we come out like last Friday it could be a long night

I totally agree croz. I honestly think we needed a game like last Friday night. After the huge win over South Pitt we were on such an emotional high we came out totally flat against Eagleville. We needed a game like that to show us we can't overlook any opponent and have to come out every game fired up and firing on all cylinders!
