I saw Willie Kemp play for the 1st time tonight and this kid is a GREAT player AND he is only a JR., Tyler Smith is the best player in the state **(in my opinion)** so no one get offended but this kid only being a Jr could be one of the the top players in Tennessee next year im lookin foward to a great season in high school basketball again next season!

next year is gonna be an interesting year for 9AA, we all know giles co is losing smith and coffey, loretto is losing there top scorer (lumpkins), so is lewis county (Creasy), Page is also losing their top player in gary vaughn..so with 9AA losing alot of its top players how do you think the standings will end up next year? ..

i can tell you werent at the giles co ba games with you saying wright is the best in tenn, if you would have been there youd know clearly t smith is better

Tyler Smith owned brandon wright one on one and im sure could own just about any HS player one on one but ive never seen humboldt play so i dont know the match up team against team, it should be a good one!

well im sorry public schools dont go out and recruit players years before they come to schools, they take what they are givin an work with it, talent comes and goes..not every body can afford to go to a private school, not like i would want to any way but alot of public schools are great for what they have to work with also

what does money help in basketball? if ba recruits then why not play the best teams in the state?

im sure if your school and coach wanted it bad enough you could get out, it would only make your team better i dont think any one can argue with that

I cant wait for this game!, i got my ticket today at 1:15 at giles co high after i waited in line for 2 hours..the gym is gonna be rockin monday!! im pickin giles to win, and this is the last time T Smith and the rest of their seniors get to play a home game ever so who could go against the bobcats at home in a big game?

I still dont get why BA plays in this division 2 its garbage, there isnt a decent team in there besides baylor maybe, will ba ever get out of this joke DII and start playing in a real division against public schools in which would give them better games and we all know some would beat BA, go ahead and brag about winning state, but in my mind you didnt do anything but beat up on .500 or less teams all year in your division PAY LESS AND PLAY REAL TEAMS AT YOUR LOCAL PUBLIC SCHOOL!

Thats true, you have 29 teams in your divsion 2, i guess you have to be in that division if you wanna recruit in high school..get in a real division then ill say congrats for winning a state title. this isnt makin brandon wright any better playing against joke schools in your division either

the only reason you say giles doesnt play as a team is you havent seen them play, you always see them playin joke squads, 2nites game will be a perfect example of them throwin down dunks on joke squads Giles by 15+ no doubt

Watchin this game 2nite and all the others so far proved to me that 9AA is a stronger district than 10AA..Waverly took a long time to get goin against loretto who shouldnt even be representing 9AA..Lewis County even beat the #1 seed of 10AA in the regular season..Page SHOULD have beat #2 seed harpeth..and would eat up sycamore and cheatham any time..9AA will win this region no doubt and prove to us all that 9AA is a better district!
