And you sir sound like the daddy of these lost coaches. This is about the future of the student athletes, and not the future of the mediocre coaches. Mediocre being a very nice claim describing these lackluster leaders. Lol;) Well then u seem to know all reasons for coaching failures. Pretty bold as well.

Throwing, catching, hitting. Man game has changed a lot. Only deference is parents of children can now tAke kids to travel coaches who are being paid to tell mom or dad and kids how great they are. So when lonely underpaid overworked high school coaches get there kids. They are complety and totally disregarded because they are just high school coaches. More then one way to hit. More then one way to position players. U don't have to agree. Because they are on a team. Team a word that u obviously have never heard before. Last time I checked NOBODY HAS TO PLAY HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL. Since u can go to collage on GRADES and travel ball

Bh. Here is more stat for ya since u like them. 52. That is Lc win percent in last 3 years. Only Tullahoma and columbia is better in district. And they don't have sheffields or stone. Ck it out in coacht.

Nobody talking about Lawrence county. Really. Everybody in back field is back. Minus qb And they don't throw so really don't matter. Plus big 72 will be on front cousing havoc. God help y'all's qb. #gamechanger. Baby

Lawrence county. Gat back on track this weekend in a small tourney in Lincoln. Won all 3 games they played. Pounded the ball again at plate. Lc is good don't be fooled by record. They don't have dominate pitcher. Like a Sheffield. But they have plenty. There key to winning will always be there abilty to hit good pitching.

Lc needs more consistent play. They are explosive at times and next time they can't get it out of the infield. Sometimes defense is solid sometimes they can't catch and throw. They are a veteran team this year. If they get some consistancy they will be very tough.

Lawrence County returns several 3 year starters. They will be tough, have depth in pitching nobody in 90's but all very solid and can go 3 or 4 deep and not loose any quality.

They run the ball. Sometimes they throw it.

It's a shame. This was once a proud successful program. Coaches like chunn. Shirey. Rogers. And spickard once coached there. They have been to the state championship game. There was even some Wallace boys that played there. I hope they find the right coach to take this program.

Well did they go to World Series? Did they go to championship game?.......maybe someone from up Columbia was good before travel ball took over. But since baberuth is allowing travel teams to play in tournaments now. That doesn't seem relavent. And we are representing tennessee so that includes a few more people then Lawrence county. And as far as news papers and tv that's there loss. And urs

World Series. Why is nobody talking about them? This is by far the best 13 year old team ever from this region. The went undefeated threw district. State. And south east regionals. They are coaches by a former major league pitcher. And are one pool game win from a number 1 seed in the babe Ruth World Series in North Dakota. Yet nobody is saying nothing.

Lincoln will be a good football team and should win region. Columbia will be down by there standards as of late. Shelby will be athletic and play fast but will not get over hump. Frankline and coffee will be good solid hard nosed football teams. But Lawrence county will be the big surprise. If I'm not mistaken they return the entire backfield plus wide reciever. Will need a new line. There defense has to replace linebackers but have 7 or 8 on defense returning. And about same on offense. Columbia will be a huge game for both schools.

Yeah it's busby. He started at Lewis county then to loretto as head. After being let go there he bounced around.

Lawrence co. Beat Lincoln co tonight 6 4. Big 1st step for a very young team starting only one senior.

Yes they are still a very young team only 2 seniors. They start solp and jr for part. Harding co always hits the ball. Lc is a dangerous team because when they show up to play they are very good. But when they don't they are not.

Also heard that they hit 3 or 4 home runs. Unusual with the new bats. Sounds like lc is for real

Actually from what I hear he is looking for a coach for the long hall. A young coach that is willing to stay and build a program not one who is looking for something else before he gets there. I no there have been sevaral apply already. One coach from Lawrence county actually received a call about job another that was up for spring hill job has applied as well. So maybe he is not looking on here for Coaches.

Just go ahead and close that other school. Then u want have to find ways to get the best athletes from that school to transfer.....ðŸ‘

It is funny...He leaves to go to Lincoln county....comes back when he finds out about the drop off in talent...GC fans welcome him back with a bonus im sure...gets cought cheeting...GC fans blame someone else for turning him in....He publicly looks for another job....GC pays him to stay....... Looks like he has figured yall out.. question is what will yall do when the talent runs out and it will just a matter of time.
