research says females are more likely to have acl injuries compared to men because of the body difference . the female knee has a more narrow notch and limits the space for acl movement and can cause pinching leading to a rupture or tear. women also have a wider pelvis which makes a greater angle and puts more force on the ligament in the knee when it twists which can lead to a tear. female hormones also play a part while they keep tendons and ligaments loose they can cause them to be too loose causing the acl to be overloaded. just a few more reasons i am glad i am a guy.

Just my opinion but you play zone clog up the lanes so she cant drive and make her shoot from outside.

Tuesday night will be a good measuring stick for the lionettes. They have to shut Hackett down something they did not do last season. It should be a great game in Woodbury though.

My comment on the game Sat. night is not about the shot or free throws or how the refs called it. My comment is about before anything started we bowed our heads and was led in prayer by a student. You do not see this happen much any more and it is a tragedy. I hope we meet MC again soon because when we meet it means we are both playing for something special.
