I couldnt agree more. And i dont see how you can say he is cheating or that Alcoa is doing something wrong. He came back and wants to wrestle. The didnt force him to come back or beg him to come back.

Payne and Houser both miss weight for Soddy. Landers also not wrestling for Cleveland. Not sure what happened there

Soddy already off to a bad start. Payne (106) and Houser (126) both miss weight. Disappointing

Congratulations to Cleveland, Pigeon Forge, and Baylor on winning their respective State Championships. Also i big shout out to both Ravenwood and Christian Brothers for shaking things up with big wins over Soddy and McCallie respectively.

Now, on to individuals. What do the region individual schedules look like?

In the many years of viewing the state tournament, i have encountered many rude, disrespectful, ungrateful, and selfish Soddy wrestlers. Now im not saying they are all like that but your not gonna sit there and tell me that they are all perfect. And last years ordeal proves it even more. Those Soddy wrestlers were not sent home last year because they were caught, they were sent home because the cops were called. Word actually got around per other teams in the same hotel, that he was not going to send them home at all until the cops were involved. He cared more about winning than disciplining his kids the correct way. I for one am glad they were sent home and you can say Central beat a weakened Soddy team, well in my opinion those sent home clearly didnt care about the team. WC beat the team that wanted to be there. They beat the Soddy wrestlers that cared about wrestling and cared about their team.

So, back to the original subject.. I dislike Soddy because how i have personally witnessed their kids act at tournaments off the mat

May i ask who exactly you have winning each of these weight classes?

It is good the boys in Soddy Daisy are not looking for love. They are looking for respect on the mats. If you are rooting against all the Region 4 teams, you are going to be very disappointed.

I dont dislike them just for the heck of it guys. It has nothing to do with what they do on the mat. I respect them on the mat. It is many of their actions and attitudes off the mat that makes me think there are many many other kids and teams who deserve it more

....meaning that it won't be lop-sided with Cleveland and Soddy Daisy in the finals.

It wont be lopsided with Cleveland and Central either

Wilson Central has had respect all season being one of the top ranked teams in the state over Bradley, Soddy, Walker, and D2's McCallie without wrestling any of them. That ranking will be tested this week against Soddy Daisy.

 

I don't think the finals will be lop-sided this year.

Unless someone other than Soddy or Central pulls a Cinderella to the finals, it wont be lopsided

Wow we'll maybe Soddy don't like u either! Very familiar with Soddy daisy wrestling and with the matches I see Soddy beats Wilson central. 35-21 final . Just my own opinion ! We'll see saturday

I have my reasoning for my disliking of them

Well i will be rooting against all of region 4 the entire tournament. I want someone else to win. But if it does end up bein a Cleveland-Soddy final, i will pull for Cleveland. I just plain dont like Soddy. Never will root for them in-state

When will rankings be updated again?

Yeah atleast the finals. I mean, every other sport gets their finals televised/streamed... Just sayin

132 & 138 absolutely will have to be on their game to pull that combo off, like to see 113 & 120 make that happen. 126? I'm beginning to wonder if Debian couldn't give Elijah Oliver a close match now. Keep it a decision and won't doubt the rest. Win for WC on this Cinderella Evening!

Yup, there it is... I said it. Wilson Central upsets mighty Cleveland 32-30. Go ahead and start the "hahahahaha" and "your crazy" and the "your out of your bleepin mind" comments. Its my prediction. My opinion. Instead of sayin how outrageous it is, make your own predictions Kramer and Hamm have those kids hungrier than ever and head to toe better than last year. Not to mention they as coaches are pretty hungry themselves. They will come prepared and ready to take on the world. I for one hope this is the finals and cannot wait for a heck of a match
