I agree GreenGreen. It is gonna be tough. Our first test will be next Thursday. Hopefully we will play our best game of the season up to this point!

I'm wondering if the administration feels that there will be a big drop off after this years team graduates and that we will be more competitive in 3a for the next couple of years......huh.

I'm not begging for your sympathy or your respect! I know that in order to be the best, you got to beat the best. We have fallen short a few times, but the future is untold. Looking forward to playoffs!

That means all of the teams we play are not cream puffs like y'all assume.

The last 2-3 years we have played 4a. We got put out by Greeneville last year. Prior to that, we played 3a and made some pretty good playoff runs. No gold ball yet. But we are persistent. We play up, you say mediocre teams? We play TN high, Science Hill, and Sullivan South during regular season. I'd say they are good football schools. I'm not saying that Fulton isn't very good, but after them, I think the rest of us fall in same slot. It's who is gonna make it to play Fulton out of the rest of us.

Yes, it is Thursday night, October 30th. Looking for a big crowd. Winner take all, lol! Should be a great game. I think you will be pleasantly surprised with how our passing game has improved. We can throw the ball when we need to. But you have to stop E.T. first, and contain a quick QB that will burn you with his feet. Then there is #11 who will just run over you. Lots of surprises in store for ya, since the Boone game.

Elizabethton has their own Johnny Jones and we call him the E-train......Ethan Thomas. I and the rest of us in east TN don't believe that there is as big of a gap between us and Fulton as y'all think. Greeneville, Sully South, and Elizabethton will make some noise in the playoffs, guaranteed!!

We have Unicoi Friday so there is not much to talk about. That's why I started this thread. Really looking forward to this game.

Yes but we do play Science Hill, TN High, and Sully South, during the regular season. Y'all can make all the excuses y'all want, but it's the same as last year. Greeneville trying to be top dog and Fulton trying to get a national scoring title this year..... You can call me hater if you like, that's typical.

I know, I just feel sorry for these teams that get abused, lol! I think these stronger teams need to step out of the box and schedule more challenging opponents. Nothing personal.

I just don't understand. With a running clock, how many times did y'all score in the second half? How weak are your opponents? Y'all have no mercy! If your coach is that concerned about 2nd and 3rd string, they should have played whole game, my gosh, when did the get to go in, when y'all were up 63-0? Get real.

Congratulations to Greeneville and Fulton tonight! Y'all are the only 2 teams in the state to score 70 and 72 points tonight! Hope y'all are proud!
