They might get talked about but not put down there is a difference. If a kid is doing something wrong it is the coaches responsibility to correct him not the public to down grate him. My boys play football and trust if they don't do something right I let the coach take care of it. You people on hear are not even giving the boys a fighting chance. You people on here really make me sick. Every year it's the same bull crap, what kind of joy do you get talking about kids. These boys give up their summer to play a game they love, and all they ask for is support. I read your comments and just shake my head, it's so sad how grown people act. I am not from Warren County but do live here and support the athletic department. Do I have kids yes do they play sports yes, and they work hard to earn their spot. I watch the boys practice and from what I see they are out there giving it their all. So if you are not about supporting our boys keep your mouth shut.

Ok, so they have the power over the AD, the principal, and School Board to say who they want as the coach. I mean they shouldn't have any input unless they are on the hiring committee.

No my head is not stuck up someone's rear end. I don't need to kiss up for my son to play. My son's talent speaks for itself. And yes if you were at the banquet today you would have seen that for yourself. Several of the boys are hoping Cotten will be the next head coach. Next time think before you type cuz you do not know me.

Coach Cotten did not pick who played on JV, the boys were told by head coach. And I believe Cotten would make a great head coach. Why hate on a man that is in it for the kids, and the kids respect him the most. I don't see any of you out there, just on here running your mouth. You can be a successful middle school head coach, but that doesn't mean you can be a good high school coach. Cotton hasn't even been a coordinator at the high school level yet. Yes he was jv head coach and was successful at it, but some of the ones he had on jv were also starters on varsity and some of should have been at least playing more on varsity. It almost makes a person wonder if he wasn't trying to make himself look good for a reason.

No wonder why I hear a lot of kids are not coming back next season, so much negative talk. If I was a football player I wouldn't want to hear all the negative stuff. No matter who is coaching warren county needs the support from the community. Those boys hear enough crap from the media, they don't need to hear it from family and friends. Whoever the coach is he just needs to get the boys ready to compete, the talent is there just need the right coach.

Well the old warren county would have gave up but the new and improved warren county fights till the end. Warren county boys earned that win last night.

I am just saying in general just not on this thread. I have read some awful things since I have joined this site and its not cool.

I do not get how grown people can go on a site and talk bad about kids. You will never see me on here talking bad about any kid. All these boys work hard everyday, I mean every young man that plays any sport. And all you people can do is talk crap. Give these boys credit, at least they ate doing something positive. I bet half of you on here never played ball or if you did you would understand what these boys go through. So if you can't be respectful well maybe you should keep your mouth shut.

Cookeville was by far the better team tonight I am not denying that but I know Warren county is better than what they did tonight

Here it comes the bad talking about players, it sure wasn't any calling players out when they beat DeKalb. You keep talking about the defensives backs like they are the only players on the field. The boys lost Friday as a team. So don't start this year with the B.S these boys have worked their butts off.
