Your must be under sharps wing or something cause your to durn defensive for him. He is a good coach. I give him the credit. He gets excited though and I guess don't think about passing in the end if we are down. It makes the receivers and qb think that he doesn't trust me. I'm not downing how we played. Our boys done great. Like an earlier post said, we got set back and never recovered. We have to change up sometimes. It's not hard to call a defense to stop the run up the middle. He's passed more this year than I ever imagined. Just need to do it more. All time i respect your postings and opinions on the game. You know your stuff too. We are all panthers and we don't need to get irritated at one another cause "Once a Panther, Always a Panther" good luck CPA next week. It's a tall task to do.

I have followed the Panthers and coach sharp for many years. TRamrod is correct to an extent. I'm sure he is meaning what I'm fixing to say. Sharp lives on running the ball. With the players he had he could run the ball and not rely on the pass, MUCH! last week against Martin west view, we was losing 10-7 with less than two mins to go. What do we do? Graham throws a halfback pass which resulted in a TD. Last night with 3 or so mins left he throws to #20 bowman, TD! He can run the ball down your throat all night, until he gets behind. He will still run it when we are down 14 points with 3 mins left. That's what is stupid. He is running a conservative offense when he needs to be a tad bit more aggressive. We ain't as likely to score on the run when we have run it up the middle 40 mins already. He had a great game plan, best he had all year, but he has to switch up. There is no way when you play a team like CPA that you'll catch up 14 points by running at the end. They came back and scored 22 unanswered points by running a hurry up offense with 10 mins left. Sharp needs to be more aggressive. Until he does he will not win the Gold Ball. I love my Panthers and I want us to win it sooo bad. But until he changes his play calling at the end of the game we will not make it. Kudos to him and this team as one as the best teams ever. They really have a great set of seniors that showed the younger classes how to play and respect the other team and how to represent coach sharp, the team, the school and the town. Gotta hit the conditioning soon and get ready for next year. GO PANTHERS!!

18 more hours till the game will be underway. We will see who really wants this more. I'm sure CPA is wanting to get over there semi final barricade, but I know us down here is Lewis Co. Are more hungry than a bunch of ole hogs:) if we play like were capable, y'all will have to fight hard for this one. We play whistle to whistle, every play. We will not be defeated easily and we will not win easily. Two great teams that play hard nosed football. Just hope we make School history and get these boy on the road to Cookeville! It'd be nice if the game was at our place. We Actually have somewhere to sit for the visiting team. This week is like any other. Go In and do work and we will get our reward Friday!

I promise you, Lewis Co. Seems to be the coldest place to play football. Once it hits late October and November it's Unbelievable how cool it feels. But the cold, and the rain, will not stop our loyal fans from coming out. I expect it to be packed

Of coarse nobody will think this, but I think Lewis county can get past the semis. There is a special group that's here this year and this is their final year. They are making a mark in the 3a class. Go Panthers!

The T hasn't had much talk this week. Does the Fairly people not have any hope that they can win? the best thread for us all year was of coarse, is when the sweat bees came to town.

Another big W tonight! Congrats to all of the players and coaching staff on the perfect 10-0 regular season. It's a clean slate now, 0-0. We have to now make it 5-0. We've already won 10, so let's go out hard and knock em in the mouth. ITS PLAYOFF TIME IN LEWIS COUNTY!

If I was jcm I would much rather play a weakened Hickman co than us in Lewis co. In that instance, it may would give you an extra week for the season

I think it will still be a tough game for anyone who plays Lewis. Lewis will run it right at you, and will continue to until it wears you out And they will keep trucking.

If Lewis wins Friday, how many games will be home come playoff time. I'm unaware of what all matters to have home field advantage all the way through.

This is a pretty good record for us! If I can remember correctly, I think it was FV that gave us our last loss on our homefield. Coach sharp is a remarkable coach. People get mad at him for the plays he call, but look at what's he done. The only thing has hasn't done is taken this school to the state championship. This year may be his year! Panther Pride for life!

Nobody has mentioned Lewis Co. one bit.. I guess we may be the sleeper team?
