While this is not the way I wanted to see the season end, it was a likely outcome. More lopsided than I had hoped for, but plenty to be proud of. These boys have lost 2 games in 2 years. Both to the eventual champ. Tonight wasn't their finest hour, but for all but a few there are more Friday nights to come, more Saturdays for a select few, and a world of opportunities for those who won't put the pads on again. I loved getting to watch this group play. Congratulations on a great season and for everything you've done for NCS.

Don't really get this kind of comment, but great game. Enjoy it while you're on top. It always comes around.

No disrespect but you guys want the best of both worlds. You run an offense that produces a lot of touch downs. The offense also yields more fumbles because of the pitching...misdirection and what not. The biggest fumble of the game was forced by your defense with about a minute to go.

Any radio stations that talk HS football around Jackson or UC?

Is it ludicrous to think we would kick deep and try to cover the return? I've seen our kick team stick to one side, but never cower completely and kick out of bounds. Maybe a sky ball to the 25 looking for a fair catch. I'm looking forward to seeing what route the coaching staff takes. I hope we can try 8 or 9 different spots😉. I also wonder what UC's kicking plan will be. We definitely have one return man that is stronger than the other. I assume Moffitt is a return guy. Who else is usually deep?

I understand. I just need to shut up. I think a great deal of your program. You had a good year with what you had. Be proud of it an let the rest take care of itself.

Be proud of what you did do, not what may have happened...IF. Also, let your players heal a little when they're hurt. Having them full strength in November is what's important. Good luck in 2015. Maybe we can hook up with a 100% healthy WC, and have no excuses.
