  1. You can have your whining attitude, I'll take my three rings on my fingers and be happy. Bearden lost to Karns by the way.
  2. Loudon stinks. They will lose tomorrow. Chris Coker is the worst pitcher ever, and he pitches for Loudon. Boo, hes terrible.
  3. Anybody can pitch a good game against LC. No offense.
  4. Any chance Chris Coker will pitch? He'd probably get rocked.
  5. Bump? Anybody from Loudon read this thing?
  6. Does anybody know how good Chris Coker is? Is he a top of the line starter or a reliever or back end starter or what? Just curious b/c i used to play with him. Any info would be appreciated.
  7. Bump? Any help. Anybody know anything about Loudon?
  8. I have some friends who play for Loudon, but I was curious as to who was Loudon's top 3 or 4 pitchers? Any help would be appreciated.
  9. Lets get the book of generalities than. If i'm a "spoiled little farragut brat", than i guess you are dating your cousin, your mother is your dad's sister and you can't read and you don't brush your teeth. Okay good, now that we got the generalities out of the way. One question though. Is it true what they say, is ignorance really bliss?
  10. So i guess i have a stalker now? That being said, does anybody know how to block individual posters? But anyway, i'm assuming you play for Maryville. What position do you play? Where do you bat in the order, lets just get some specifics so I can make fun of you after you K 3 times.
  11. Farragut is the best field in the state by far.
  12. Farragut 9-0 if Rob pitches... 9-1 if he doesn't.
  13. I don't think you deserve much of a response, but i'll give it to you anyway... First of all, its losing. Not loosing. I didn't blame the loss on the lack of a bullpen. That obviously had nothing to do with it, because we were just flat, and couldn't hit. We pitched okay. I was just wondering if it was legal to not have one for the visitor. I have found that out, so really, your input on this thread is not needed. By the way, what team do you support? Rebel makes me think of West.. and if thats true... my god am i sorry for you.
  14. Heritage hit dinkers that fell in and then a long fly that killed us. Farragut just seemed to hit hard balls right at people. It was just one of those nights where everything went right for Heritage and everything went wrong for Farragut. Stuff happens. Don't be surprised if the next meeting is a little lopsided...
  15. Can't win them all. Its a good thing its early.
  16. Well, I'd say about 75% of the time, a starting pitcher gets in trouble and the relief guy would start warming up DURING the inning. So how is that going to work at all.. to stop play so a pitcher and catcher can run across the field??? Just saying, Heritage has a really nice field that they spend a lot of time on, so even if it does take 5 hours to put in a mound, it seems like a project that you guys should have one of these saturdays.... and they know most teams won't go all the way over there to use a mound on the home side. I'm not saying they use it as an advantage, but to say its not a possibility is ridiculous.
  17. Just wondering if it is legal to have a bullpen on your field for the home team, but not have one for the visitor's side. It seems like that should be a violation of some kind at least. Just seems like a very cheap way to get an advantage. If the coach has time to put in a nice bullpen mound on the home side, he should be able to take an extra hour out of his life and put one in on the visitor's side. I have big problems with this because obviously the visitor's sides' pitchers will have a much greater chance of injury because of lack of proper warmup from coming down off a mound. Just from my knowledge Heritage has 2 bullpen mounds on their side and they are very very nice and very well taken care of, while the visitor's side has nothing at all, not even a plate. Heritage's field is very nice, and its not the boonies anymore, its nothing more than a cheap Bush-League tactic to not have a visitor's mound and something should be done about it. You guys know if theres anyway to solve this bush league stuff? Maybe other schools should put yellow tape around their visitor's bullpen mounds when Heritage comes to their parks and even things up.
  18. All of your posts are the same... " I don't mean to make exuces... yet... I'm going to do it anyway, and then apologize for making an excuse."
  19. Continues? To Continue something, wouldn't it have to be started previously. The east dominated last year.
  20. I believe it will be Farragut vs. Collierville or Farragut vs. Halls. Thats just an opinion from what i've seen.
  21. Does it seem to anybody else that it will end up being the rematch of last year's championship game? I think Collierville will have something to say to that. But it sure looks its very possible that Halls will indeed meet Farragut in the Championship. Just my opinion.
  22. How is Halls as good as or better than Farragut?? That is quite possibly the worst logic I've ever seen. Farragut was beating Halls 8-4 earlier this year before a steady rain saved Halls from a likely defeat and Farragut just beat Halls 12-9 the other night. So how is Halls just as good as or better? How? If I am very generous, I coudl give you that Halls is almost as good as Farragut is. That is being too generous though. If Halls does their job, they'll get another chance at Farragut, just don't be surprised when that makes Halls 0-3 on the year(and 0-5 hte last 2 years) at cracking Farragut. And i'm not sure how many hits Statement had, but I believe it was 2. I'm not sure though, i'm trying to remember and its hard. He also played pretty amazing defensively that game and I remember it saving us a few times from giving up a few runs. Oh and we won by 2. So that didn't work out too well for you. How many hits did you have off Kyle? It is Bush League to cheer. I don't really care that much. But it IS Bush league. So just accept its Bush league and if you still don't mind Halls doing it, well, maybe you like Bush league things.
  23. Well, Halls may be 33-2 (actually 33-4, 2 losses they had were not counted due to rain and a cheap forfeit) and they are 0-4 against Farragut the last 2 years as of now, so Halls, if you would like Farragut's respect.. maybe you should... beat them? Beat Farragut and we won't make fun of you for cheering like the Lady Admirals Softball team. Also, after Lockwood's HR in the first inning, i distinctly saw Daniel Larson kiss him on the cheek. Could anybody offer an explanation for that? I wouldn't be talking at all, and even more talking trash after blowing an 8-1 lead at home. I almost feel bad for you.
  24. Did Halls beat South Doyle? I am hearing they did and if that is true, it looks like it will be Farragut AT Halls on Wednesday because of the rotating homefield. How ironic that it is last year's matchup exactly except the home field goes to Halls instead of Farragut. Should be a great one, drive out to podunk and watch it.
