I'm sure you can send a resume to the head coach explaining your qualifications as a strength and conditioning coach. At some point he'll realize that he can't win without your approval and hire you to do things the right way. I'd go ahead and include your qualifications as a defensive and offensive coordinator. I'm sure he will eventually get around to seeing the light in those areas as well.

Seems the administrators failed to do their job at the school level and floated their problem up the river to central office. If anyone else has more insight, I'd like to hear more about the conduct of the actual investigation. From what I had heard, Carter was much better off with this coach than they were with the previous coach.

I don't know much or care to know as much as you guys do about high school kids. I do know that Ensworth has ripped off 4 in a row. To an outside observer it seems as though the guy defending MBA and one of their players is brewing with anger and jealousy at the success enjoyed by players, coaches, and fans at Ensworth. I'm sure the Mott kid had a great high school experience and most likely will in college as well.
