From the beginning to the end of the tournament bad calls were made the whole time. I saw one after another, time and time again. No one makes the refs do what the do, but if you are going to ref you should read the rule book. It should be an embarrassment to a great many of the refs I saw, that they don't know, or don't care to know the rules better than they do. If your going to ref read the book!!!! ronco
