Player made appeal to principal and he backed the coach. No mention of reinstatement. Player did nothing to deserve dismissal in the first place.

From what I hear WC passed up on a great and experienced coach and he was a local boy!

Well jus from our experience my daughter got her all district awards from our own she has never received one on the night they were announced. So I'm not sure what the fuss is about howdydoall. Ur right the grsss needs to be done away with not cut and I think they r close to doin that this off season. That is the biggest complaint I have ever heard from other teams.

Softballtheonlygame for the most part it's been a pleasure discussing softball with u over the last few years. I will say I agree with most of your last post. I will only speak on warren county because that is all I have first knowledge of. Warren county knows the issues with the field and I think they are goin to move in the right direction for next year concerning the field or I at least hope so. It's hard to play outfield in a hayfield. That's not on purpose and it's a shame that we haven't had the opportunity to correct it in the past. Attitudes like u said come from all teams I don't like it but it happens. Girls treating each other bad and callin each names well that happens as well girls are mean to one another. I think all parents get caught up in the game and act fools sometimes it's not jus warren if anybody thinks it is then my point is proven in it's self. My daughter played her last game as a Lady Pioneer and I am proud of her. She moves on to play in college and I can't wait to see her at the next level. I wish all the teams the best of luck in the future. The one thing I wod like to see change is parents bashing other kids. U can state ur opinion without bashing a kid. Those girls shodnt be treated like that because coaches and parents act foolish. I also hope that more younger and willing umpires come along because I for one am tired of all of our girls getting the short in of the stick with umps. Some can't see 5 feet in front of them and some have no clue. The money they get paid they shod be on ther toes. In all the games we played this year I can only remember bout 4/5 decent umps. The rest look like they come from a nursing home good lord let those guys rest. I'm sure u will all see me around next year cuz I live softball and won't be able to stay away. In closing I want to say we all think our team is the best our kids parents coaches do no wrong and that's ok. For the most part I have enjoyed all of our back and forth with one another and hope everyone can say the same.

Well like I said I'm done cuz even IDIOTS know when it's useless to talk to others. My daughter thank goodness is a senior and is moving on down the road. I guess we all get caught up in the heat of the moment. Softballtheonlygame I may have over reacted a little but u hit a nerve and it got a reaction out of me. I wod never go to someone else's field and alter ther field signs or anything to do with the facilities. So I expect others to do the same mayb that's to much to ask. Ther is a area in between the bleachers and dugout for those that can't sit in bleachers. It's obvious that nobody is gonna say ther team is bad. I hate that warren catcher did or didn't elbow someone I normally stand in right field and don't pay attention up that close unless it's my kid batting. I will have to say if cookeville girls and first base coach will admit it I tell girls nice hit good job things like that for both teams because I love the game. I even went to local Waffle House this morning after games and ther were ppl from cookeville team ther I told the young lady #18 I believe good game and good luck. I get dirty looks all the time from warren fans because I congratulate other players on a good job but that's jus me I do it as a coach as well. U guys have fun

I have only stated my opinion on here like everyone else so ther u have it u jus can't handle the truth seems to me. Tnbigboy let me educate u since u seem to be so under educated u don't put signs down the first base side because they wodnt be seen and u don't go to another teams field and start altering how u see fit cuz well it's not ur field . I can't say I have ever felt the love in cookeville I'm 4 years either. Now as far as ur coach being confronted by parents that is s respect thing he shod be the one I confront if u have a problem fans r his responsibility. O and I'm the one that ask ur coach to have signs put back up. Sponsors pay good money to have those signs out ther as ther was plenty of room in visitor stands. Softballtheonlygame I had respect for ur opinion until ur last post. Those games last night had a lot wrong with them. Ther were blown calls on both sides. Jus to speak a little on cookeville being the better attitude and sportsmanship and whatever else u think u know. I have nothing against the players especially the catcher she is awesome. But any way the coach and some fans r the rude crude and down right disrespectful. They deface ur field and jus go whatever they want to. They were takin banners down so they cod see but ther are stands they can sit in. Also coaches goin on the field without asking for time coaches on the field during a play. It's a good thing for cookeville that warren had been playin since 5pm 23 innings or they wod be goin to Soddy instead of having a home game. I will say my hat is off to the cookeville players and only the players because the coaches and some fans are not a class act at all. The only thing u said in ur post sir that was true is karma is a witch. I still think warren is a great team and good luck to both in ther regional games.

I would really like to hear more bout warren and the ones with bad attitude. I think for the most part warrens was correct except one I think they missed. Also think one got left out that had better numbers for sure. I think they got the offensive player of the year correct I mean at the time all district was chosen she had a .714 BA and ended with a .667. I agree Cumberland's was not the best choice. I have said before D. Smith is a beast very deserving. I am like u tho I'm done with hs ball and the coaching all I have ever said is put ur best 9 on the field no matter who ther parents r. Tonight will be mines last time to step on hs field as she moves on to the next level. The biggest let down is when u can see thatvplayers feel let down by ther coach. That's what I seen last night in the cookeville/warren game. Grant u warren didn't hit like they can and they had few errors but in my opinion it all started with coaching last night.
