I do not know how this award is determined, but, if one has seen Rachel Bell play, there should be no doubt that she was the most talented player. I'm just not sure who is the second best. Congrats to all the winners!

Not true. Tennessee and Vandy have been recruiting Rachel since she was in the 9th grade, when she lead the team in scoring. The list is too long of the schools that wanted her. Teams from every major conference offered her. BTW, Rachel is an honor student and took advanced and dual courses. I agree with you that she is the best high school girl I have ever seen.
