Here is my thing on diffrence of open oned public and none athletic schoolarship private schools. Typicaly an open zoned school is a school under capacity that will accept same county kids to releave pressure from a more crowed county schoool to one that is under capacity. A private school is unlimited in th area they can accept a student from. and yes thee are some like Freindship ht were getting kids from Wilson, Smith, Macon, and Sumner. Thatse were the unfair advantage is. I agree ona split betwen public and private. Simply transfer the multiplier to the open zoned schools, but only for the students coming form outside th core zone. And this will not hurt the public schools, it hasnt in Texas, were HS football is king.
