I don't believe OS has the athletes to defend Wartburg but then again, Wartburg doesn't exactly shut down anyone on defense either, letting Rockwood shoot 69% from the field in a loss. It should be a high scoring affair. Wartburg 78 Oliver Springs 69

First of all Phillip2003, stop your whining Rockwood was clearly the better team that night (and in my opinion any night). And let's stop calling the Kennesaw team a "JV" team. Even if it was, which i don't believe, B-team would be more appropriate because they had some extremely talented players.

Is Jacob Wright from Pickett a sophmore?... If so he should be considered among the elite. Great shooter, good defender, very poised doesn't make many mistakes

The Bulldogs will win district easily but come region tournament time.. different story. Rockwood will be a very worthy opponent (as you will see on Jan. 3 vs. Wartburg) and Cosby can shoot lights out. I wouldn't put it past the dawgs beating Rockwood but there is no way they will beat Cosby.

this tournament is really garbage.. the Harriman tournament is by far the best in the area there will be some great competition

Rockwood had a bad practice on Monday and there was a carry-over to the TSD game where Rockwood only scored 64 (partly because TSD slows down the game so much) but Rockwood had very good, efficient practices on Wednesday and Thursday. Coach K has them very well prepared and i believe Rockwood takes it by 4

This will be a very exiting game down in Rockwood.. Rockwood has one of the best home-court advantages around and have a very talented ball club this year. Cosby has some great outside shooters and of course Blakely inside. I'll take Rcokwood in a close, low scoring affair that could very well go into overtime. Rockwood 55 Cosby 51

The Tigers will be fine. They beat Oakdale tonight by the score of 81-42 (worse than Harriman did). They have no issues as to who takes the shots. They just let down in the 2nd half against Coalfield for whatever reason. They played through the whole game tonight completely dominating every phase of the game. I pick them to be the district champs and be extremely competitive in the region. We'll see how they stack up in a big game on friday night when the devils come to town.
