LC obviously has issues themselves. Don't know the entire story but I tend to side with people who are on the opposite side of the fence as the T$$AA. Of course LC has had roughly 750 coaching changes in the last year or so. That in itself spells of a bunch of ineptitude. And the latest baseball hire is one that makes you scratch your head. Guess it was more important to get a good Advocare salesman in the building rather than go out and hire someone who could potentially light a fire in a dead program.

That's true. Although the facilities upgrades there sure have been nice. Feeder programs are a must.

In the same boat as last year it seems. Morristown West will face Sevier County to see who hosts and who travels in the Region. From everything I have seen it has been a fairly good tournament. Some lopsided games, which is to be expected when pitching gets thin; and also some very good ballgames. Either way, the district will be well represented by Sevier and Mo West.

Yes, Nick Morgan is now the head coach. Very much deserved. Great man. He's also doing a good job. Very tough situation to have the head coach resign one week before opening day. However, a calming influence that has been around the program for some time like Nick is a great thing to have and helped to keep the train on the track.
