No worries now Gov...I like Cortez but dono how this west coast scheme can ever work...we're new here in E.Tennessee but quickly getting a lesson in humility...

Yea I do Gov...soft coverage underneath all night...qb cudv moved the chains easily but couldn't bring himself to check down, big 44 didn'tget the rock but once all night yet the week prior he rushed for 175yds...makes no sense but as far as ur boys they are very talented but under coached IMO...Great qb and rb

Tallent or the lack thereof killed us as it has all season... great kid but not a qb...granted I'm not suggesting we cud play with Marivul by any means but we shudv beat WB and Farragut as well as Loudon! The backup is a sophomore but a solid qb... hopefully Cortez goes with him the remainder if this miserable season...

Missing a qb, fb, we on offense...defense needs a complete secondary but other than that we're good! Oh I almost forgot we run a west coast offense and clearly it doesn't work...

Although he played a good game it wasn't enough...defense got tired second half and that was the difference!

OK just wondering what the word was since they lost the UT commit... Watched LC in 7 on 7 couples weeks ago and they have a new transfer from Ga that looked pretty good...caught several passes from HB...he looks to go 6-1" 220lb...may be trouble...

SoCal is all I know...Spoke with him briefly the other day and didn't ask specifics but it's apparent he is sold on west coast offense and 3/4 defense...He seems to think this Ga kid is gonna fill the void in the backfield... They looked good in 7 on 7 but IMO that's doesn't translate to full contact.

Interesting perspective! Cortez has some good ideas but you're make a good point, the kids gotta buy in 100% and give max effort...We shall see if the coach from Cali can get a few W's

Heard they got a new transfer from Georgia playing HB. Guess we'll see if they can move those chains with the West Coast...be tough without Woods for sure!

Can LC compete this year with Cortez as HC?
