I think your D is definitely your teams strong point. I have seen a lot of strange things happen though in these types of games. Is Peabody the best game you guys have played this year?

I thinks its pretty fair. My nephew played for coalfield last year. they made a game of it for a half and were totally outmanned. NCS is not in the league of UC, they are not as crisp on both sides of the ball, but they are very good. its best not to give a bunch of country kids any extra motivation when their backs are against the wall already. sometimes our alligator mouths can bite off more than our rabbit tails can chew. I personally think NCS will win, but not in a complete blowout.

NCS is very talented. Greenback is talented. I don't think NCS has had to scheme a lot to win games. They just get the ball into their athletes hands and let them go. It does not look like that they sustain blocks very long, but the probably don't have too! Greenback has a better shot than most of you are giving them credit for. With that said it cant be a shootout. It will have to be kept in the 20's. One thing is for sure, they have nothing to lose.

CA may not have beaten any of the top 4 in district 2A. no doubt, they would have struggled with the physical part. It is a mini SEC and you better bring your "A GAME" each week.

i'll say this, union city last year is better than NCS this year. Coalfield made a game of it for a half. Greenback has way more talent than coalfield last season. I think they have real chance of pulling it off if they can play a complete game. their district is brutal and physical each week, and there were several games that could have went either way this season, but greenback found a way to win them. if they can keep it close half way into the 3rd quarter look out!

I pretty sure CA might have struggled with all top 4 Teams in the district, especially with the physical part of the game. Go Kees!

well.... you can take your pick Oneida, greenback, coalfield, and south pitt are all that way. oneida and south pitt are actually small towns. greenback and coalfield are small communities don't even have a red light in them...lol the kids at these schools learn at an early age what playing for each other is about because the grow up with each other and play for their community as a youth all the way up. that's the way it should be.

being up two scores might change the game.

The first fumble was returned for a TD and it as ruled down... I was an even worse call.

Good luck eagles play your hearts out. memories are made in the playoffs. I hope the coaching staff doesn't panic like other big games. We seem to fall apart in big games. hope both teams stay injury free.

cloudland spreads you out to run the ball so they might have more luck than others. the QB at cloudland is like runningback as well.

Hope its not true...I was impressed with cloudland when we played this year. I really thought you guys were the better team even though you hung on to win. you boys aren't trying to play games are you? it's hard to believe a coach would do this.

need to apologize o the boys from coalfield. you boys proved me wrong even though you did not win. I really thought you would lose by 3 scores. you guys must have very well according to the stats in the paper and what I have heard. also, congrats to Oneida on a tough win.

Well we scored a lot of points, but it was not all starters that scored. concord is very bad. I think they had only scored like 30 points all year.

maybe we can tell if we have improved from the start to the end of the season with a rematch against a very good team.

Won't get it help from me. we never pulled our starters in that game either and we continued to throw it around. it was our job to make a stop. it was not in the mercy rule until the last score. as I have said before my nephew plays at coalfield and all the starters were not in. they have about 6 kids that can play receiver so why not throw it them. they also play 7 kids on the oline. reps are very meaningful. we just need to worry about making it a game this week and playing the best we can. this is a great thing for our program.

Just hope can keep it respectable. It's big mountain for us to climb.

Just don't see your boys judgement. this will be a hard fought game, but the jackets without two of their best players on both sides of he ball will not be enough to win a game like this. It will be more like 21-6 or 21-0 Indians.
