And 91......Since your such a Blount County and William Blount football follower... You never answered my question about the 4 horseman of William Blount in 1998! Tell us....What happened when they played Maryville and Coach Tim Hammontree!! I think they got cocky and got hit in the mouth!!

91....Catholic was 5-5 in 09. Heritage had their easiest shedule in school history in 09. In 08 they were in a district with Oak Ridge, Soddy, Ooltewah, Bradley, McMinn, and so on. 91 you need to get your facts right. Nobody on here should respect you.. If you attended Heritage practices back in the day then means you were trying to coach... Sorry you didnt make it on any staffs... I guess thats why your such a mainstay on Coach T!

Catholic was not very good that year! It was a suprise they played that close to Maryville. The only thing I agree with 91 about is.....I think Meadows is a good coach.

Rewis left Russell with tallent and money!!! Russell left Coach Hammontree with 30 kids and a 60,000 dollar debt!! And Catholic was the only good team they beat that year!! South Doyle, LC, and Seymour were terrible!

Rewis won 4 games in his 2nd year against better teams!! Neither one of them were going to build a program. But....Coach Hammontree will! What happened to Blount in 98 when they played Maryville???? The 4 Horseman!! LOL

The only thing he did was.....Run off some very good young coaches!!! Luckily coach Hammontree was able to keep some of them!

And if you attended practices that year then you definately dont know how to judge tallent. Rewis could have won with that tallent. Coach Hammontree took over a program that was in very bad shape to almost to the point of no recovery.....and look what he has done! Hes winning games 3 years later!

Like I said.....you dont know much!! Coach Hammontree didnt inherit anything close to what Russell inherited. Call the team down and where ever russell went and find out what he did to their program!

William Blount and Blount County better be glad Coach Hammontree didnt come to Heritage in 09!!! Things would be very different!

91....you should have lost all credibility on this board when you said Brint Russell was a good coach. If Coach Hammontree would have been the coach in 09 Heritage wins by a lot and they would have run the table on William Blount the last five years. If Coach Hammontree would have been coaching in 09 that Division 1 athlete would have been the running back from the start. Just looking at your posts......you dont know much!
