I have watched coaches take freshman and sophomores and win. I Get it. Maybe they will win in 2 years. If they are all still playing and don't quit or if they progress?

Seems to me the Mavs are full of excuses and the "young" comments are swirling like Butch and UT right now. Being young is overrated! Get'em coached up and just win baby.

In talking with some folks and hearing about the CC last Friday. CC had the ball inside the 5 twice and drove the ball of FHS and dropped a TD pass. With the score being 31-0 it seemed close than the score from what I am told and I have not been told that from CC people either. Had CC capitalized on the drives they made in which they stopped themselves the score was 21-14 in the 4th qtr. So who knows how to take that. But the game will be played Friday and we will see.

Idk who to take in this game. I think Farragut wins and by the end of it...west is worn down and just can't handle #45 and #1 and the QB. Too much from Farragut and West just looks out manned and lost both RBs. Not a chance! #AdsRoll

Good luck to both teams Friday night and to Farragut's freshman team as well. I have heard that a few really helped themselves in camp and really wanted to be in the mix and some I talk to say they should as well. But none have played except a minute here or there. Just hearing frustrated with no chance to contribute.

I'm not a CC fan. I'm neither. Just on a thread to read about info for Farragut/CC and a Farragut dad posts a score of the freshman beating Maryville. Key word here being Maryville...that's why he posted that info. And I am entitled to my opinion and I think it's useless info on this thread. Also to the point of jealousy...jealous of what? Well of course they played hard. It's Maryville...but Alcoas freshman beat Maryvilles 49-7 I believe. Don't get offensive when you post a score of a freshman game to shine some light that Farragut freshman beating Maryville and celebrating that win. #ownit

I think Karns will put one together soon enough and really win a game they are not suppose to win. Clinton played OR tough and Karns played Clinton tough without Harper(OSU commit). Think this one is closer than most believe. OR 42-21
