The pick I'm most confident with( out of 4A) is Coalfield over Tellico. Tellico beat Coalfield by 2 in the first game of the year. Coalfield was missing their best player, and two other key rotation guys. They had the lead with 20 seconds left when a kid took a contested jumper to give Tellico a chance to win it. I think Coalfield is the better team and pulls out the win at home.

Should be a good district tournament. I'll take the home teams in the first round then Grace and Meigs in the semis. I think GCA revenges the loss from last years region championship.

Saw where they had said the parking lot was clear and they were working on sidewalks this morning.

I think Oakdale probably has the all around best team in the district. Smith is also the best player but Bowlin deserved the MVP because Jellico would be playing baseball right now without him. Should be a very good game tonight and Oakdale will be even better next year. I'm still taking coalfield tonight though with the experience McKinney and Lee gained last year playing in this game.

Are we finally going to get to play today? Roads are pretty clear down here in coalfield.

I would really like to see a harriman versus coalfield matchup. Coalfield isnt known as a great defensive team either. Would be a fun up and down game to watch.

Only reason I'm taking coalfield by 11 is Oakdale tightened up in the 2nd half against OS. They've not played in a game of this magnitude where McKinney and Lee were huge components to Coalfield winning it last year. I think that little bit of experience puts coalfield over the edge

That one shocked me as well. I know they lost one of their best players to injury Around Christmas. Maybe they have finally started to gel without him.

I think best case for District 4 is to go 2-2. I don't see either of Jellico/OS going to Grace/Meigs and winning. I think Coalfield and Oakdale have a decent chance of winning at home versus Tellico or Harriman.

Two really good games tonight. All Morgan County championship on Tuesday. Should be a great atmosphere and I still think coalfield pulls it out. Coalfield might've played the best team ball that they have this year.

I heard murray may have got hurt late in their game last night. If so that's a big blow to OS if he's not 100% vs Oakdale.

I think oneida wins by around 20 tomorrow night. The coalfield/OS game could be interesting. How will OS respond to their first district loss and can coalfield play like they did during the third qtr and part of the 4th vs. Oakdale on Tuesday. If they do then coalfield can pull the upset but if not OS by around 15.

Coalfield has struggled against oneida both times this year. Both games coalfield has had to pull away in the fourth qtr. If it happend once I'd say it was a fluke but both times mean oneida had something to do with it. I'll still take coalfield just because I'm a homer but an upset wouldn't be a total shock to me.

Coalfield lost to Jellico both times in the regular season last year before getting them in the tournament and both Oakdale games have came down to the wire. Coalfield was down by 3 with the ball with 25 seconds left friday. Should be a two really good games Saturday night.
