I havent been on edge that much all year. My voice is hoarse today from it. It really was a very close exciting game to watch.

Was a great game. We had the game after we stop yalls 2 point conversion 41-39... if waverly had managed the clock better w under 3 min to go... and run it straight up the middle just like theyd had been. But they didnt. Instead of running the clock down to 3 or 4 he was snapping it at 16 and 17 seconds. Wtc !! Lewis played till the end. We played smashmouth ball with them and they were getting up slowly. My hats off to lewis county. Theyre now 4-3. We are 6-1. Next week brings new tasks. Time to refocus.

Im so excited to watch this game. Heres some useless side knowledge that yall may find intetesting. Lewis Co #52 Andrew Hennessy(6'4...310) is the #1 ranked high school student righthanded in the state of TN Armwrestling up until last month. Waverlys #79 Trevin Worke(6'4....250) is the #1 ranked high school student in the state lefthanded. Those 2 are good friends and practice regularly. Andrew has a junior national title armwrestling. And Trevin will be going to try and earn himself a junior national title in 2015. Again... useless, but interesting none the less...lol. carry on men....

As i am new to this message board... i wont be bashing other teams... but of course, i will do my best to uplift my waverly tiger team. Lol. My son plays for the tigers and as he moves on to other things after high school i probably will as well...lol I expect the camden/waverly game to be the best matchup in our schedule. Much respect to both teams

When smith is made to tuck and run.... he is VERY HARD to bring down. As its been evident the last 6 games... I will say the next 4 games our JV probably wont get to play almost the entire 2nd half as they have these first 6 games. It will be a better ballgame.... but waverlys still gonna be up to 7-0 after fridays matchup.... imo

I will say the waverly team has their talent spread out very nicely. There not ONE player that makes them spectacular. Their QB scrambles very well and breaks ALOT of tackles everytime hes made to run. Theyve been causing 3+ turnovers every game. And theyre JV has played most of the 2nd half in most games.Granted our JV wont get much playtime the next 4 games, but our boys will still get the job done i believe. Camden will be our toughest match up when they have to come into our backyard, imo. Our boys are on fall break this week and will be ready to play hardball with lewis county this friday
