The All-Star game was legit and every player there had GAME. You saw a couple out there just trying to get theirs but other than that it was a fun game to watch.

Chris McNeal, Jeremiah martin, Chad culbreath, Marcus dewberry, Khalil Spencer, will Shelton,Marlon hunter, Jordan varnado, and a few more

I don't coach at south side but I do live in the community and I play with them sometimes when they scrimmage the college kids and older, just being real hicks gotten better since last year at the state tourney, so I know what I'm talking about.

I kid you not hicks is better than Blackwell, Lawson brothers, and varnado.

South side had Haywood until Varnado went beast mode, CPA is not the same. CPA would not wipe the floor with south side.. Not even at CPA gym will they wipe the floor with south side. If malik Hicks was playing. No one would have had a chance. Hicks is the best player in the state, and yes he is better than Blackwell!

Mcneal also had 7 assists and 6 rebounds that game while getting boxed and 1 and double teamed. Mr. Basketball is based off regular season performances and no one had a better regular season than McNeal, regardless of class. I wouldn't just up and say Blackwell is the best AA player in the state because that is a biased opinion to someone who has not seen west TN basketball. West TN basketball eats Middle or East TN. If you follow west TN basketball than everyone knows that McNeal is the best.. He averages almost a triple double. Blackwell just turned 18 last Month, McNeal is still 17 years of age. Varnado went beast mode because he wanted to win a state championship and he wanted Mr. Basketball, that shows that he is a fierce competitor and shows how scary good he actually can be. I just hate how he ppl think Blackwell is god when he beats up on sub-par teams in his area and is a highly recruited prospect in the nation but in reality if he was in his right grade or if he lived in west TN, he would get his butt exposed, point blank period. McNeal and Varnado is better than Blackwell!

Varnado was at the state tourney! He played incredible. I seen regular season games of mcneal and its hard to out do what McNeal did this year, I didn't get to see Blackwell until the state tournament. Varnado is very good but not the best AA player in the state, he had a better tournament than anyone their regardless of class

I know Blackwell is a very good player, tremendous player but I don't think that was fair.. Everyone in the gym believed McNeal was going to win. Mcneal plays harder competition and had a better season than Blackwell.. Its over with now but thats kinda sad. CPA has had a Mr. Basketball winner 4 years in a row. Blackwell is only a junior so he will win it again to make 5 in a row and then tyger Campbell will take the throne next. That's not fair at all

Mitchell hasnt lost to a single A team since they moved down to single A

Copenoc why do you praise Stockdale so much, Dontae simpson is having the best tourney for the tornadoes.. Can you give him his props? Stockdale is pubbed up to much by you. We see him and the other players on the team, so if he was the best we would mention that.. Simpson has been more impressive than Stockdale this tournament and that's that!

#11 from UC has been the most impressive player for them this tourney

Stewart and Simpson played well in my eyes.

And I would say the 2nd best team in the State after Hamilton in a Single A school, Memphis Mitchell.. Don't believe? Watch how they beat everyone at State by 20 plus

I think McNeal has a very good shot at it. He averaged almost a triple double, just won state last year and led a sub-par team to a sub-state birth but then again CPA will always win.... When has one school had 4 Mr. Basketball winners in a row? W/ 3 different players, only CPA

Chad Culbreath will be the biggest stock riser out of the tournament if they make it to Championship Saturday!

My opinion: Single A- Jeremiah Martin Double A- toss up between Braxton Blackwell and Chris McNeal Triple A- Dedric Lawson Who do you think wins it?

Lexington came into the championship game determined and they executed. Congrats to the Tigers

@big_mike0307 the Smith brothers will be key in this game because a lot of attention will be on McNeal in the scouting report. How do you think the Lexington and Ripley game will go?

If Haywood locks up McNeal like how Frasier followed him the whole night then Haywood is in great shape but Coach Dancy would be a fool to not box and one McNealand deny him the ball, if he wants to win without any problem.

Very proud of TCA, hope them guys can pull through with a win Tuesday and get to the Boro

Who you got? If Haywood denies McNeal w/ a box and 1 then I got Haywood but if you let McNeal dictate the game I got south side!

Really? Childish post, but Mitchell wins by 25. Proud of TCA though, hope they make it to State with Mitchell, they deserve it!

South side and Lexington in the ship! I got southside, Lexington can't hang with them, if McNeal and the Smith brothers do there job south side can win it all
