i don't see Peabody QB having as much time to look off receivers like against a ADAMSVILLE. ADAMSVILLE looked bigger but slow. Marion's overall team speed is better than ADAMSVILLE. However that QB knows hGreat ow to play the position well and his receivers. postdon't drop. Interesting match-up.

You haven't been around very long youngun. I'm a big Union City fan because I appreciate good football. This Union City team is in the conversation with a lot of great 1A teams in the past. Trousdale County1998, South Pittsburg 1999, CPA 2000, Ezell Harding 2001, Trousdale 2005,South Pittsburg 2007 were all teams like this one. Union City is on another level this season, just like those teams I just named were during their time.

MC doesnt look as big as Aville for sure.The run defense looks stellar,some of the pass coverage looks suspect! Coach woods will adjust well as usual hopefully.

Wanted Zeman to win Mr. Football so bad. Never met a more humble kid. For the Peabody fans that don't know, he changed his number from 20 to 1 his junior year in memory of a fellow student who lost her battle with cancer. All most opposing team see is a hard nosed football player but you will never meet a nicer young man. It's always "yes sir, no sir, thank you sir...." It's going to be very hard to see him play his last game for us.

Union City is 8600 pop. and Obion County high is about 9 miles away! It is a hjge 1A school the band also has 120 plus kids so go figure.they are amazing in just about all sports golf,hoops they do it all well!We watched this team destroy Dyersburg a strong 4A program that was in the playoffs,UC is scary good

No Peabody is a public school we are located in Gibson County.Trenton to be exact population 3200 small working class town. But we did have to beat some richie rich recruiting private schools to get to the dance!!

PHS will sure test his ability to call the right plays!
