You right for the most part. We haven't had to game plan much of the regular season. That changed in the playoffs. We added new wrinkles which in some cases hurt us because of unfamiliarity with new sets. The WC game is a prime example. We had several costly drive killing penalties. We went back to old familiar stuff against Peabody and hit on all eight. I think the opposite as far as what kind of game GB can win. There is no way they can hold us to a low score game. They have to put up points. That is where it gets really difficult because our D is playing better than any time in recent history.

Them big ole sissified, no good for nothin, entitled, silver spooned, never dug a tater, circle fly attractin, sweater vest wearin mommas boys from NCS sure can move a pig skin up and down a cow pasture! When they take a notion, they can flat stop another buncha big ole country boys from doin it against em too! In the words of the famous Roy Dillard, "you think I'm jokin but I'm not."

I thought about that before, but I just let it go. He jumped right in there and confirmed what I had said. Sometimes it's like shootin fish in a barrel on here.

Funny, everyone has it backwards on this line of thinking. THEY, (BA, Ensworth, MBA) are the ones hoping for transfers. Every now and then they get one of our guys. If all of the kids that were here three years ago were still here, we might have a pretty descent team. And, as much as it sometimes hurts, some of them have to be kicked out for disciplinary reasons. All in all what we are left with are the best students with committed parents who want to be here instead of anywhere else.

Some more interesting stats that show how special it is to be in this game: There are 294,287 high school students in the state of Tennessee. We will assume half are boys for a total of over 147,000. If the average roster for this weeks games is 50 per team, there will be around 800 young men playing for a title. One in every 184 boys in high school in the state will play in these games. The roster numbers could be a little off, but it has to be in the ball park. Pretty dog gone special!!

My prediction is that we do establish the running game early, like the last four playoff games. I think our defense will be solid against their run and they will be forced to throw early. I look for 28 or 2 to get a pick six in this one.

485 is pretty dang serious! Not many dudes in the NFL doing that. There is a guy playing HS football somewhere that I saw benched 700 at a power meet. He's not got any big offers. Just goes to show you, If you are strong and fast but not much of a football player, all you are is strong and fast.

There is an old woman up the road who I might slip 20 bucks to blow in the tube. Everyone else around here is probably over .08 most of the time.

Benching around 340 and squatting 600 for two reps right now. Of course he will get even stronger and more importantly bigger. He is young, so there is some natural weight that is on the way too.

Lane Kiffen is the worst#$%^&*@* coach I have ever seen! I wish someone would cut his #$%^@*& off and shove it in%#** and then set him on fire!! OK, not really, I just wished he coached at Columbia Academy.
