  1. Pruitt is after bigger fish. Has he even been offered PWO yet? About 99% sure it hasn't happened
  2. Not a single one and so if gonna give the crackback cherokee d1 players all they want
  3. So if you will go bad a read once again i said at this point in his life. Did i say he couldn't be Rudy Nope. If the kid was unstoppable at the clemson camp with 4 and 5 star receivers why hasn't he been offered yet?
  4. I love to aggravate. Especially when I know it tear other folks up. These greenback folks might be having official visitors to this game and take them to the cabin like they do down in auburn. This Ryan guy is a big big man to be coaching a kid that was enrolled at Maryville then when his qb graduated carnes left the starting qb role at the .ost dominating school in 6A if not the state. And your excuse is a better program. Now that my friend is absolutely hilarious. A kid could be a water boy for Maryville and have 4 rings in 4 years. If you want exposure you go to a 6A school not 1A. Why leave a known championship ring and go to a school you don't know what's gonna happen. Oh wait I forgot about the other kids transferring into starting spots. Willis is good tall and quick and he will be missed next year but he isnt SEC talent. Sorry boys. Line him up beside J. Jennings and see what happens. Better yet line him keyshawn Lawrence out of ensworth and the guy probably won't have a catch. Again Willis is good but not SEC good at this time in his life. He will play at lower tier D1 which there is nothing wrong with that or should start at and D2 school. Now just waiting on big brother, momma, and daddy to chime in.....
  5. If I go to Wal-Mart and buy a battery powered tonka truck I wonder if they will let me park It there on the fence? We might can get them wooten's to drive that yellow signature series ford tonka truck they have.
  6. SP original part of the school was built in '23 but we did get a new gym between 08-10 somewhere in there.
  7. @OLD PIRATE The boosters in that area must have deep pockets. New school with a 4 year coach, a plug n play type football system that runs about a 100 mile radius from the schools address. Their SRO officers run a morning and evening bus route to these rented houses that's their after school activities. Someone must know that Childress man pretty well. Im thinking I need this hargis man for the times free press to publish a book "Public school cover ups 1 on 1" featuring that hall of famer Ryan man.
  8. @oneyewilly @Roy Dillard These greenback folks so hungry to get as many gold trophies in the case as pittsburg does they are going to start advertising their needed positions on Facebook marketplace, Craigslist, local papers, and now even trying to join the pirates group page to post an ads in there.
  9. That SRO man might even do a car pool for everyone. He can pick everyone up within a 3 county radius of the school including the coach.
  10. @oneyewilly Wonder if the school is boarding coach Ryan? That Traci lady also said there is not a Greg Ryan that owns anything land or dwelling in Loudon county. I bet that Ryan man is renting from the same person that the Carnes family is renting from. Blount county has alot of Carnes families in it but just 4 in Loudon county in 2013 & 2017. Unless the Carnes family was thinking ahead and bought a house in 2017 for this season.
  11. @Gbnation do you have any idea when the gates open. I want to be the first in the gate so I know I will have my seat. Plan on being there 1ish your time
  12. Dylan McQueen. Im almost certain his mom still lives by the park. Was also thinking he went and played at a dII school.
  13. Your whole last post was pretty much nothing but negativity. I understand the frustration but come on man it goes on everywhere from both sides of the fan base. I have heard sp fans be just as bad as anyone. You just gotta take the good with the bad. Emotions run high but it's part of it. Then again in a Tennessee fan so in about used to it by now. Don't get your panties in a wad over nothing.
  14. As a fan base you always take up for your team no matter what. The opposing team is always gonna be the bad guys no matter what. There are folks from all fan bases that are bad fans. Kids playing on the field have emotions so certain things are gonna get said and you won't ever know exactly what was said. Point of post is it has always happen, and is always gonna happen. You just have to look past the bad to see the good. Geno all I have saw from you is nothing but the bad points from GB fans and posters. What about the ones that have offered to help the handicapped folks? There are good and bad in all of them just gotta open your eyes to see past the bad. This is a high profile game so everyone knows what's on the line and emotions are high. I just hope there isn't anything excessive during the last qtr on the field or even in the stands because both side will have those type of fans.
  15. I have thought all year that he was a So. Anyways still got 1 more year to watch him lol.
  16. I was gonna say I didn't know their #s but they are in the smaller side but very stout. Play close attention to sophomore #20. Kid is going to be a stud along with sophomore #2
  17. So so many variables that are in play. Can the d line ger penetrtion? If so how is Carnes throwing on the run? Will he have enough time to check down the receivers? Are sp dbs better than I thought and have good coverage? If they can't cover and no penetration then it will be a long night. Will GB d line get penetration to stop the run? Does SP out man them with the depth in 2nd half? If neither can stop one another then the one with the ball last wins. Will there be fumbles? Will Carnes throw ints? This has got to be the closest toss up game I can flat out remember. Do GB have a fg kicker? If it comes down to a fg, go ahead and call it a game. I keep going back and forth on who I think will pull it out but its so close i don't want to say either. How abouts SP and GB both go to Cookeville and the 2 west teams and let them play it out. If both west win they each get a gold ball same for the east lol. Seriously this is way to close of a game to say who will win.
  18. SP secondary honestly scares me. Then again we haven't really played a solid passing team so the secondary might play lights out. It's something that has always been our weak link in my eyes. The athletes are there no doubt but I feel like the secondary primarily the corners haven't been coached up...? I will probably get blessed out by other SP posters but everyone has their own opinion. Pass interference calls can be very iffy if you will. Do the refs let the boys play or do they throw flags for everything. I do know the secondary have great verticals which is a plus. I could go on and on and on but this is just my opinion.
  19. In thinking they are pulling it on a 16ft and pulling in long ways about 5-8ft off the fence so everyone can still stand in the fence and walk around. We are planning on being there at noon so if there are open spots on the fence and I don't see a name on them looks to be a great seat in my eyes. I'll drive the big truck with the train horns this time.
  20. Other than athletes on the field it's like comparing apples to oranges this game. A pass heavy team vs a run heavy team. Can GB qb pick SP decent secondary apart? Can SP rbs find the holes and wear the defence down. Is each team gonna play to their potential? Are both d and o lines gonna show for both teams? Are the refs gonna let the boys play ball? Is the weather gonna be good? There are so many factors on a game of this type. GB has home field advantage which makes me want to give them the edge but deep down i.want to say SP can pull it off. I personally have never liked playing a pass heavy team. I still don't but I really like our d line. Another big huge factor is what happened last night that some of you already know. I would love to hear any updates if anyone knows.
