Great game to watch. Awesome atmosphere. This game was nothing, and I mean nothing, what people expected. Me included. HV QB didn't impress. Austin Hicks is a MAN! And played with dignity. Loved his attitude. Hampton has to get a glimpse of a passing game. I don't blame our line. They were blocking 10 in the box. Can't wait to see the stats. Good luck to HV rest of the year, no doubt, this game will help us both.

Been hating for years, so I appreciate the "young" comment. You are just the perfect example of a HV fan, one that no one likes. Pujo has forgot more football than any of us know, not just around here, but in the state. You obviously are the young "pup" to go against him.

I love the fact the HV has a good team this year, and now they are world beaters. Experience will win this game. As Pujo said, the JV last year had as much playing time as Varsity, which pays off this year. Keep running that mouth HV1, only fuels my hatred for that side of the county more!

This game should be high scoring. Both have high impact players, but even though I am a homer, Hampton has to have the edge. Experience coupled with talent and drive, should have Hampton ahead when the final horn blows. The house will be packed, come early, and enjoy what should be the most ferocious battle of the year in Carter County!!!

4 total fouls called in the 1st half, 20+ in the second half. Refs didn't do a good job being consistent. If they would have called it in the 2nd half the way they did in the 1st, I think Hampton wins easily. Refs made a game of it. End of story.

My thoughts......Marion was tough, refs made some bad calls, crucial calls, not sure that it would have made a difference in a W or a L tho. Coby won me over more tonight. Grit, determination and overwhelming will. That boy is going places. Hampton had a FANTASTIC year. Good luck to Marion next week, if you have to lose, you always want to be beat by the eventual champs.

South Pitt put 21 up on ya'll, I think Hanpton will do better than that. A lot of folks did not think Hampton could put up 40 on GCA, so they put up 61. We won't do 61, but I am very comfortable with saying 40
