cleveland and mcminn have advanced to the region in region 3.....who else has advanced in other regions?

no one discovered your flaws...you openly advertised them in an open forum. however, back to the topic....it is unfortunate that one of these two teams will exit the tourney this early, but one will. based on farragut's recent play, it doesn't look good for maryville.

good for central.....and walker valley is young (mostly sophs)..wv will be tough in 2 seasons. central is better this year than i can remember...props to them...good luck

very true...science hill and farragut should win their regions.....meaning science hill will probably play bearden and farragut will play greenville in the sectionals. im pretty confident in my district 1 prediction, but in district 2 there are 4 very good teams.......the two teams that advance from this region are more than half way to a state title.

central has had 2 players sign for college....heath, coker college in south carolina....and price, keeper, twc.

its a pity that someone has to play them in memphis

my substate matchups: regions 1 & 2...farragut /greenville.......science hill/bearden regions 3 & 4...soddy daisy/blackman......tullahoma/mcminn regions 5 & 6...hendersonville/glancliff.......brentwood/rossview regions 7 & 8...cordova/germantown......houston/bartlett the first teams listed in each game are region champs

dorman...my apologies...glad to see you are doing better. as for the rankings, i feel they are the reward for playing well all season. as we enter the tourneys they mean little. with farragut unranked, we may possibly see an unranked team finish as state champs...they are really playing well right now and have plenty of state tourney experience. when the substate matchups between regions 1 and 2 are over, there will be 3 very good teams not going to memphis and it may very well be unranked teams advancing....who knows...thats why they play the games.

dorman...once again a very enjoyable post and i consider it a pleasure to, once again, respond. yes, i am affiliated with another team...far more superior than you? hardly. you are ranked 4th in the state which leaves no team far superior to you. also in open forums, such as coacht, there are no topics that do not concern any poster who chooses to participate. as for your awareness of the upcoming challenge, i certainly didnt intend to belittle your knowledge of the tournament format. however, statements such as "the logic just blows my mind" and "oh so wise advise" accompanied with your teamer, mulchykeeper, who is obviously one day destined to be a famous stand up comedian (the blow to the body that resulted in months of psychological rehabilitation is certainly humoring the coacht masses)....leaves an impression of one who is maybe not as confident as they are vocal. once again, i wish to offer you and your team good luck.

dorman3, that was a very humorous and clever post, however i think you misunderstood my statement, or the intent of my statement. what i said was that in two weeks all 15 teams you have played will be at home waiting for next year....meaning probably none of those teams will reach the sub-state and definately not the state. that is not mentoring nor giving advice, but rather a statement of my opinion. if im wrong, please tell me which of those teams should we expect to see in memphis. you also derived from my post that i am a child that possesses a higher level of soccer skill than you do. in my post i find no such implication. i did say that after the 15 teams you have played are out of the tournament, that you will see a higher level of soccer. now think about that dorman......in other words....the teams you see in the sub-state and in memphis will be better than the teams you have played....the teams YOU see in the sub-state and/or memphis...... meaning YOU , tullahoma, should advance that far in the tournament...and when you get there, the remaining teams will be the best in the state....just my opinion. once again, if im wrong in thinking you will advance that far, please tell me who from your region will. if im wrong for thinking the teams in memphis will be better than the teams you have played, then please tell me which ones. i also closed my post, after predicting that you would advance to the sub-state and/or state, with a "good luck"....... i hope this clarifies my post.

doubtful. maryville will have a hard time reaching the region....tough district.

i dont have any buddy's at ND, nor do i love them....however, mccallie, baylor and knox catholic, all ranked, hardly qualifies as playing nobody. not to mention ECS and grace, both teams previously ranked this year. the comparison of the two schedules is ridiculous.

its hard to know how to prepare for a big game if you never play a big game....but if you advance far enough...you will have that opportunity.

i hope this year is still fun after the regions are over....i would bet they wont be

station camp showed well against mcminn and beat sweetwater in an east tennessee trip......i expect them to be in memphis. however, i havent studied the possible pairings.
