Catholic has put up a tweet asking for a girls JV, V basketball games. Here is your chance to get the Lady Irish a game with Oak Ridge. I hope it works out.

I know you are not trying to be mean to me and EVERYTHING  IS ALL GOOD WILLIE.

It sure would be nice to see the Oak Ridge posters all become CoachT+members. It is as simple as donating $1. But give more if you can. There is no catch. No wanting to start something with anybody.  A tiny number of people may try and use that as an excuse but I cannot control what others do. People should do what is in their heart and feel good about themselves

The streaming policy for Oak Ridge Basketball has changed under new AD Joe Gaddis. David Clary still needs us to donate to help the cause. 

I have a good feeling Coach Gaddis will be a fan friendly AD. Not that the previous AD was bad at all.

I don't want to put pressure on this player but is  Jenna Johnson starting to remind you of a former Lady Wildcat? 

I think Oak Ridge is now 8 - 8. The best 8 - 8 team ever. Take every game as a step forward and believe.

Tee Higgins' team is playing with the motto " WHY NOT US.? " Maybe his niece should ask the Lady Wildcats WHY NOT US?

Not a clue what your post means but I would not be surprised or blame you if it is negative toward me. I fully admit, my effort to get more  CoachT+ members has been poorly done. 

My hope is my cause is so great it makes up for my clumsiness. I do worry all the time that some people will not become +members because of their feeling toward me. Of course, I can't worry about what other people think.

All that aside, how are you doing? I think of Maryville Lady Rebels everytime I see what Bearden is doing. Those Lady Bulldogs maybe one of the best teams ever from Knoxville.

I just gave another $10 to my CoachT+ membership. That makes $45 total.

Man, it is so great to see the enthusiasm behind Coach Cummings. We need to remember it is only the first year though. A lot of hard work must be accomplished and done quickly.

   If you want to use CoachT for your own perverted reasons then chalk up a $1 or more to do so. Just a thought. Oh, stop using " we " to describe your relationship to Oak Ridge. You are not an Oak Ridge fan.

...Still no news on Assistant Coaches. It was January 5 when the word went out to keep an eye out for information. So far all we have gotten is word on the Catholic coach from Irish. My guess is some of you know stuff but have given your word not to say anything. I can respect that.

...Tee and the Bengals play Saturday at 4 PM against Las Vegas Raiders to open their drive to the Super Bowl.

I’ve had a 5 Star Preps membership since Day 1. Anything to support high school sports since the Knoxville newspaper coverage is abysmal at best.

Before somebody comes on here and blast me for trying to tell them what to do, I know I did this CoachT+ thing in a clumsy manner. Wasn't my best effort or worst effort. 

Still I did manage to get out that you can become a +member for as low as a $1. Just try giving a little more.

Who has looked and found it only cost $ 1 to be a CoachT+ member?  I paid much more because I love High School sports and supporting the players, even OL players.

I can't wait to see who continues to post without becoming a + Member.

Oh, about getting rid of the weak players, they were called scrubs when I went to OR ( State Champs 1979 and 1980 ) and people respected them. They went to practice everyday, got the heck beat out of them and came out to practice the next day. No quit in them.

On some Wednesdays in the winter, kids that were scrubs or didn't even play football would take on the football players in 2 hand touch games. Blood was always spilled and the score was usually 36 - 24. How I managed not to get hurt still amazes me. 

I want the tradition of the scrubs back so that we don't have to play with only 10 seniors again.

I believe the Higher Ups in Oak Ridge DO WANT A STRONG FOOTBALL PROGRAM.

Well, the Holiday Tournaments are over. Won some. Lost some. All in all, a very productive time for the team. I'm sure the guys were dead tired after the Norcross, GA game.

Each player had some good nights and showed growth and potential for even more improvements. We will certainly be tough to handle in District and Region Tournaments.

As always Coach Green and his assistants had the guys ready and prepared. OR is blessed to have Coach Green and should never let him go.

How is Lucas doing? He sure proved he can ball with some very good competition.
