I don't disagree with you. They weren't developed in junior high but the ceiling isn't that high for this group. The Junior program is still an issue for me it's not good but it's improving finally.

Talent comes in waves and TC went 32 years without a talent drought I will take that. It will take that long TC Junior high win is the first game this week it's been a few years since junior high has won 2 games.

Cheatham co isn't that good neither is Harpeth or whites creek. TC will be better and improved by the team we play Harpeth and Whites Creek.

cheese just announced roster size - Upperman 63, Trousdale 27. Enrollment like 775 to 360.  

I wouldn't put any of that on Blake besides from delay of the game. TC is just overmatched this year and will be in most games. The line is just not good enough to win on either side of the ball it's a talent issue more. A coaching issue. Just give it time until 7the through 3rd graders get into high school before TC will make any run to a gold ball.

Have to play both ways we don't have enough kids to only play one way in TC.

The line is small. TC doesn't have too many big kids this year. OLinr play is a problem for TC.

I hope you are right but it's going to be 3-4 years before TC will have a chance to be back. The junior high program hasn't won't a game in a few years. This season is just a sign of what's to come.

They won't do that both HC is friends. Upperman would call pull the starters before it git that bad and TC starters would play the whole game not enough kids to have 2nd and 3rd string for TC.

I think all kids dress out I know 1 or 2 were kicked off the team earlier in the year. The numbers are just low.

Yes, honestly experience a lot of the kids are first-time starters. Even the seniors that start most are first-time starters. With only 27 kids on the team, the coach is doing the best he can with what he has. This TC team can't survive penalties or turn the ball over. The line needs to be okay or better the backs are good but they have a hard time getting going because they are getting hit in the backfield. The defense had too many mental mistakes with coverage breakdowns and bad tackling leading to big plays.

It was half empty when they were winning. You don't have to come to a high school game to watch it anymore with all the paid subscription networks. All football attendance is down from high school up to NFL. Why go to a game when you can watch it in your living room $10 will get you 4 games a month.

This game will be over by the start of the second quarter. TC only dreaded 27 players last week and I'm sure will dress even less Friday. This will be a mercy rule game. The gate for this game will be small as well I don't see TC bringing a lot of fans to this game or any game this year. Just hope for injury free game for both teams.

I agree with you there is talent but the schedule is very difficult. Plus with ER and Westmoreland having good teams this year the TC recorded want reflect how good of a team they are. But this team's talent level is low compared to other TC teams. Every school goes through a down year and TC turn.

The Junior class has talent. But the beat lineman left the team to focus on wrestling which he won the state championship.

They created 27 players last night. Last year the dreaded over 40 players in the first game. This group of kids had a hard time in pee wee and junior high everyone knew this was coming.

I agree with you by end of the season if they avoid major injuries to starters they will be a different team. They improved tonight just from the start of the game to the end of the game. This schedule is just tough.
