Whitwell plays like they did last night against Sale Creek they want get past the second round. They played very sloppy for about a quarter and a half last night. I hope they’ll be more focused this coming Friday.

I’ve seen them still in meaningless games almost halfway through the 4th quarter. Their games have been over by halftime most of the year except for TC and SP.

You are right on about riding #22, he carried the biggest portion of the season except for the 2 games against SP I heard. #3 is also been a good back this year for Whitwell from what I’ve heard. I agree, cause the linemen opening holes for the backs and protect the QB on passes. This game could be decided in the trenches on both sides of the ball. Both teams have talent with Whitwell having a little edge in the skill positions.

They came out throwing first thing in the second game never tried running. The 2 games last year against SP they never ran their regular offensive set that they had all year.

I couldn’t understand stand that myself last year. They had one of the best backs in the valley and hardly touched the ball. I’d heard the kid had rushed over 1,000 yards rushing and they come out passing. Hope that doesn’t happen again this year.

Hopefully Whitwell want do what they did last year and stay with what’s been working for them all year. Taking the Raulston kid away from SP would hurt them more than it would taking Wingo from Whitwell.

I’d have to agree with you with them not being better than last year team. The biggest difference that I’ve seen is the lack of depth this year compared to last years team. With the way they’ve been winning their games playing a full game might hurt them down the road.

Yes, there is a lot of football to be played and a lot of things can happen between now and the game. I’m just saying that if they have a game like they did Friday night.
