The same ref also called a couple of questionable holding calls on SD which stopped a couple of drives. Great 99 yd TD drive by SD to win the game and their 2nd region straight region championship.

Great effort by the Trojans tonight. Went into game minus 3 defensive starters, 1 offensive lineman, and our threat to score from anywhere (Brandon Davis) severely hindered by ankle sprain. Lose 2 more offensive lineman during game. In the end we gave Rhea a short field to many times. We just need to get healed up and finish strong.

Great game by Trojans. Kept playing hard through 1st half. Great play call on Td to Boeck to start 3rd. They then took advantage of Owls fumbles in 3rd and Owls could not stop the Trojans run game. Trojan defense better than given credit for. I'm sure the Owls missed Quinn but Trojans took it to them pretty good.

Great game to watch. Trojans drive 80 yds to start game. Hold Catholic on 4th down on their 40 and score again. Catholic has bad punt snap which results in another Trojan Td. Teams trade scores with puts Itrojans up 28-7. Catholic has long pass which brings to 28-14. Trojans next play from scrimmage is pick 6 for Catholic 28-21. Trojans called for face mask on point after which results in 15 yds on kickoff. Catholic recovers onside kick and ties game in about a 2 minute span. Trojans fumble on next possession which Catholic converts for another Td. They then add another before half. Trojans strike first in 2nd half but Catholic answers for 49-35 lead. Trojans turn short pass into long Td to cut to 7. Defense holds at end of 3rd and offense goes 82 yds, the pat is wide right and they trail 49-48 with 6 minutes left. Defense holds again and offense starts drive from about own 35 with 3;30 left. Drive to 30 yd line with 1:10 left. Great design play into end zone on 3rd and 12. Pass caught but ruled out of bounds? On 4th and 12 our receiver is knocked down but no flag. Can't wait to see film. Trojan effort and game plan was very impressive. They dominated the game for 3 1/2 quarters and should have had the victory.
