But you, TORNADOES, YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO PROVE. No one outside of Trenton is giving you a chance to win this game. Most are calling for a blowout. But They DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE NOW. At the end of all of this, I am just hoping for a good close competitive game. Win or lose. If we can accomplish that then we will have won a lot of confidence moving forward.

Now that is what I'm talking about. I love it. Thank you for the comedy. I guess I've always spoken slow and I'm a weird crossdressing younger brother. That's the kind of help I need. Bring it on.

I have been hesitant to share what I am about to share with my Coach T friends but here goes. A few months ago or maybe as long as a year, I started noticing some issues with my memory and other things that over time slowly grew worse. It has gotten to the point that I have memory lapses of some very important situations in my life. Fogginess and confusion is how some parts of my life have become. Because of this, I sought medical attention and had an MRI on my brain. It was discovered that I have a Pituitary Fossa Mass inside my brain. It's not cancerous or life threatening but it is life affecting. I don't know a lot about this, I'm sure the Gold Doctor and a couple of the UC posters who are also physicians can expand more on this myself. I will be having surgery next Tuesday to have this cursed thing removed and am expected to make a full recovery. I'm not looking for pity. I would appreciate folks to treat me as normal as possible. I would even ask for you to make jokes about it. Chances are, I won't remember it anyway. LOL. That was a joke one of my friends made right after this was discovered. I'm only putting this out there so that my friends can pray for me and add me to prayer lists at your church. Also, if I have the opportunity to meet any of you this Friday and I speak slowly it's not because I am intoxicated, it's because I am having what I have been calling, an episode. Where my brain is in a deep fog and I have to think about what I want to say before I can form the words. That's about it. Thank you for your prayers.

That was a once in a generation type of team. Just a great group of kids who bought in to what Coach Bowling was selling. I have to agree with what some posters have said about competing for the 3A title that year. Maybe we could have won against Alcoa but that's a huge maybe.

Since the China Virus has been mentioned, what are the mask requirements for y'all's stadium. Here in Tornado Alley we must wear mask when we enter and wear it until we get to our seats. At this point we can take them off. Is it the same with Peabody.

As with the laws of nature, what goes up must come down. We were one of the top teams in the state for several years and are now considered mediocre at best. However, listen when I say this, we are getting better each and every week. Right now I'm looking for a serious playoff run. As I see it from this point, we will start to peak about that time. Will this hold true? Only time will tell.

You want our game plan? Okay. We are going to switch to the Spread Pro Set and run the old West Coast Offense. On defense we are just going to play prevent the whole game. Okay. Enough of the smart mouth. I will give you an idea. We are going to line up in the Flex Bone and try to grind out some offense. On defense.....I suppose we will have to see because there have been some changes in the mix these last couple of weeks. I would expect some blitzing and some stunts to try and take the Tide out of step and put them off balance. After that.......hang on for dear life.

Wait a minute. So as long as everyone is polishing the Tide's ego on here the Peabody posters are good with everything. However, the first time a poster suggests or flat out calls for a win by my Tornadoes, here comes the entire bullpen on the attack. Hmmmm. I will just try not remember who ended our winning streak a few years back. We were going for our 3rd in a row championship as well. All I'm saying is....... when you fall...... it's a long way down. Just let this new poster have his say. I suspect it's a kid anyway.

Bigster is just trying to stir the pot. He also thinks he is a high school football guru. Someone please explain "guru" to bigster. He will not understand. I agree with what you said about them winning 1 state title in 30 years and suddenly they are prognosticators. You will have to explain that word as well. He saw us play against USJ and he doesn't know how much we have improved. All you can do is consider the source when bigster is talking.

We are a team that is coming together but we still have a lot to work on. Last night was a great improvement especially defensively. I know the score doesn't show it and SS did enough damage to themselves to help my Tornadoes win but we held them to 190 yards total offense. One of the Hawks TDs came on a kickoff return. I want to be clear, I am in no way trying to compare SS with the Tide. There's no comparison. Peabody is the best team in 2A. Hands down. My Tornadoes will have to step up big time to make this game competitive. I am only saying that we are starting to become a legit threat and any team that sleeps on UC will get a huge wake up call. I know the Tide is well coached and they don't sleep on anyone. I agree with Pride, this game will be closer than a lot of people expect.
