We have several good places to eat. If you are wanting a great burger we have Hops and Barley on Reelfoot Ave, also Scott's Grill downtown. If you want Chinese or Mexican we have several of both. All of fast-food places. Applebee's as well. Hops and Barley can offer you an adult beverage and great food. They are usually very busy so come early.

USJ comes into War Memorial Stadium after a very impressive win over a very good NCS team, forcing 5 turnovers with a swarming defense. However, my Tornadoes are ready to Hit Somebody, just like every other team who hasn't had a scrimmage or Jamboree or any other way to gauge where they stand. We have plenty of speed and strong, hard running backs who are looking for some redemption. On defense we swarm to the football and bring a load when we get there. We will have our hands full with the Bruins. I just hope we can play this game. What say you?

I'm glad someone started this thread. I was going to but decided to wait until a little later in the week. Bellsburg2 I believe you have said about all I could say about this game. The benefit will be that USJ will have one game under their belt to see how things stack up. On our side of the street, I like what I am seeing but it's still difficult to know exactly where we are. Anyway, good luck and keep them kids healthy.

Very encouraged by what I saw tonight. My Tornadoes had an inner team scrimmage under the lights on the stadium field tonight. I saw a great amount of team spirit and guys flying to the ball on defense. Coaches tried to get the guys game speed ready. Moving the ball and getting set for the next play. This is something that we all have missed this year due to COVID crap. I'm seeing the pieces of the puzzle coming together and I like it. The amount of spirit coming from our guys is very encouraging. Can't wait till Friday night. Let's play some football

I'm sure like most teams, we are still putting the pieces of the puzzle together. Without having a gauge to go by, scrimmages and as before mentioned jamborees, we just don't know how everything is going to work out. One thing is for certain though, we do have speed and some strong athletic linemen so I expect to be in this game. Looking forward to a great season this year. This is a very difficult season to access much for any team. No scrimmages, no jamborees. Nothing. I suppose we will all be playing it by ear come Friday night
