  1. Read my other post.... other CC fans dispute your claims. My point is valid based on evidence and research.
  2. I talked to some CC fans and they disagree with you and say the refs had nothing to do with it. They were there and said CC best player didn’t play as good as usual and the coach mismanaged time at the end. I’ll trust them over you.
  3. So what you’re saying is, you’re smarter and more well trained, experienced and overall just better than anyone who disagrees with your interpretation of events?
  4. Sound reason and undisputable facts will not be tolerated sir! They gotta blame someone other than their coach.
  5. Lol.... this guy.... he got jokes
  6. I was at the Stone games, but when I heard CC lost, I knew the refs cost them. Don’t forget the opposing team’s student section... I’m sure they were terrible and hurled insults personally at mwvols guy and I bet one of the kids for dekalb tried to break a cc players arm too....
  7. That’s coaching.... ball movement was much better with the leading scorer off the floor.
  8. Coaching and talent won tonight!! No ref interference, no attempted arm bars, no excuses. Stone > CCHS.
  9. Stone played an almost flawless 3rd quarter... scary to think how good they could be if they could do that for 4 quarters. I think they scored like 26 or 28 in the 3rd!!!! The two best girls coaches in the district made for a great game. I’ll be interesting if they meet in district tourney.
  10. Also, I’ve talked to people that work at SMHS and CCHS and they all refute your claims of the SMHS student section. From what I have heard and seen, those SMHS kids are not allowed to even stand on the floor. The students and other teachers and coaches hate the fact they principals at stone refuse to let the kids “have fun”. I was at a game when a kid at SMHS got kicked out for saying “you suck” to a parent that was cussing the kid out. Administration at SMHS rules those kids with an iron fist so you’re flat wrong if you say they’re cursing and hurling insults.
  11. Woah, woah woah.... how dare you assume the gender of a fellow poster from these boards based on the color of his/her name. It is 2019 bud - - men can be pink panthers too! Go get some culture. It’s people like you that have ruined our town and make us a laughing stock to surrounding communities.
  12. Nothing against against those young men and women who earned an opportunity to play college golf, but it sounds more like an exception than a norm. Three student athletes, in an individual sport that doesn't typically breed leaders in the school is not what I would call a positive culture.
  13. LOL that is exactly what you do! Maybe not in little league table tennis in the orchard, but real coaches in real sports constantly make adjustments. That's how winning coaches consistently win - adapting! But again, back in the day things were great and we should never change, progress or adapt.
  14. The parents wouldn't have gotten ejected back in their day! Back in their day they were tough and played REAL sports! Kids these days are soft and couldn't hack it back then. Back in their day they settled things in parking lots after games. Back in their day they walked to school up hills both ways. Down in the orchard they still live back in the day and back in the day is way better than following today's rules and listening to officials and making adjustments to the game plan "By God!" Make Crossville great again!
  15. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! From what I've been told, those students get kicked our for yelling "sucks" by their administrators. If that's vulgar, I suppose your world is pretty tame. Students at SMSH constantly get in trouble for yelling too loud by the principals and the kids at CCHS throw trash and act as rowdy as possible and their principals laugh...... I think you might be confused on who the vulgar student section was bud.
  16. Objectively looking at a situation and comparing information from multiple and various sources is not bashing. Furthermore, adding one's own personal insights and past experiences to a situation is far from bashing. It's sad that you think looking at valid facts is bashing. I never said anything negative about the CCHS coach or team except that this specific loss is on her and on one else. She made a mistake by not adjusting the to officiating. Period. Her record speaks for itself in the bigger picture.
  17. I have been to multiple CC games and Stone games this year and I listen to several more on the radio so I feel pretty confident I understand the strengths and weaknesses of each team. The facts are undeniable from the SMHS v CCHS game: (1) Stone's depth > CCHS depth (2) CCHS best player > SMHS best player (3) Referees called the game tight, but consistent (4) Coaching adjustments at half by SMHS > coaching adjustments at half by CCHS. Fans, players and coaches were all witness to the amount of and types of fouls being called from the very beginning. Whether or not a person agrees with it is inconsequential - it is up to the players and coaches to adjust and adapt to the flow of the game and ultimately, that is why CCHS lost. They have one system and one philosophy and the coach was incapable or too stubborn or maybe both to make the needed changes to allow her players to thrive. Also, fans should understand coaches are usually better when the players are better so the fact that (over the last few years) CCHS has struggled so much to beat SMHS shows the poor coaching that is taking place at CCHS because, until this year, CCHS has consistently had more depth and more talent. Bottom line, this loss is on the coach as CCHS and anyone - including her - that says otherwise, is foolish and truly is a homer who refuses to accept reality.
  18. Booooom goes the dynamite! Totally fair though... can not take it away from the jets! We all know if the illegal kid wasn't playing, the jets would've scored and shut down powels 42 points!
  19. “I’m good enough, I’m smart enough, and doggone it, people like me.” - Jets
  20. Coaches at Sequatchie are very familiar with the Jets... should be an easy win for them, but I bet they take their foot off the gas early. Sequatchie in a close one by Jets standards, 24-3.
  21. Kingston has never lost to stone..... 7-0 in varsity play. Even with a down team it will be tough for the panthers.
