Stepping into territory you know nothing about...again...

I’ve been around Montgomery County football a long time, so I know enough to get by. But if your a Rossview guy trust me they are much better off with Hood there. I would like to see all the schools in the county do good, but that starts with good coaches.

    RL must be the Ex-Hawk

I sure hope they are not talking about the old Rossview Head Coach. That guy could not even beat Central when he coached at Rossview. He’s a coach the bounces around every where though.  Plus I’m sure if he goes there, he will have his eye on being the HC in the future.

  3. I still have not heard anything about the NE opening, but spring is fast approaching.

NE has a lot of skill players coming back, but they lost most of thier line on both sides of the ball. If NE gets a good coach that can get a good line together they can compete with Dyer and Chs for a playoff spot.

CHS lost thier QB and Some other skill but I heard most of thier line is coming back, so they should compete for the region.

That's who I thought you were referring to howdoitknow.

I believe they were referring to Terry Anderson not Terry Arrington. I think it would be hard for Arrington to get a head coaching job anywhere after everything that happened at NE when he was the head coach.

  5. Coach Clark would be a great hire but the longer they wait the more I think they are going in a different direction. But I’m sure they hire someone else that will keep thier heads above water, because Clarksville does not care about thier sports on the north side of town.

    Any word on others applying?

I saw EN play once last year. Their kids were out of control.  Some of them are going to be in the newspaper one day with how their taught to act on the field. It’s ironic you never see that crap at small rural schools but you always see it at inner city metro schools.  It’s taught by the coaches

No matter where the school is at it’s on the coach's to teach them discipline. I watched pearl scrimmage NE this year and they seemed to be well coached and disciplined. But I watched EN play NE and they had a lot of talent but did not seem to be coached very well. Plus if East Nashville does not want to participate in the national anthem, be respectful and stay in the locker room and don’t run around on the field and play catch while they play national anthem.

If you are who I think you are you know I am not hard to find. I can explain what really happened to you since you obviously don’t know or I can screenshot some texts and show the ppl on coacht what they are really getting. Prob best to leave it here though. Not going to respond again and hijack this thread.

This dude here always has something bad to say about Watson and other Clarksville schools. What ever it is just get over it buddy.

As a Clarksville guy I know y’all got a heck of a coach. Just support him and I bet y’all will compete for the region in a year or two. Heck Watson won 15 games in two years at NE. If he has support and can get a staff together he will do great, Mark my words.
