Do they give gold balls for regular season state champs?

What type offense does each team run? Spread?

It just seems to me this year is a continuation and built upon last year. I say MJ gets this one as well.

From a Pats fan, I think Beech has the power to win this one.

Why does everyone think MJ is overrated? They have shown all year long that they are good. As of right now, this program seems to be stong and has been building a good foundation.

For those saying the region is what it is; Playing the Redboiling Springs and Collinwoods of the classification system for non region games to pad the W/L record doesn’t help come second round of the playoffs does it?

Then hang your pride of the season on a small private school (CA) that has to move up, is a season defining moment!

That gym floor read-ta-go?

No surprise here. Riverside is a scary good team. They’re scary because they are slept on every game. Lewis Co had a great season. Big win on their schedule when they took down Columbia Academy. I hope to see Lewis County get over that hump in the future. Much respect for the head coach there.

Sombody has to have the correct information here. Had heard some talk last Friday night at our game pertaining to speculation about the cause and, or who reported. Then, just today while talking football, more things came to light.

So, tell me if this is correct. Now, if it is, it is truly unbelieveable as in one literally cannot make this up!

Team A has a coach who got in trouble because he was recruiting/providing a ride share program for a potential player for team B. Team B called the T$$AA and team A had a coach suspended. Then, kid plays three years for team A then transfers to team B. Team A calls the T$$AA and gets team B knocked out of playoffs.

Ok. I can see the irony of all of this. Especially when the the HC for team B used to coach for team A and the coach for team A that got in trouble was supposedly a former star player for team B. I think all of this is crazy but ok.

Now, the family of the kid who transferred back and forth is claiming it was a certain coach from team A that called the T$$AA. That this certain coach was the coach who got suspended for the ride share program. And, not only that but that this coach, the one for team A, who is still in the playoffs, his mother is the principal for team B!

The question I have; could anyone have made this up? If you ask me, and no one has, this is loco as our daughter would say!

We probably won’t stay on this end of the spectrum for long. Population growth here in Williamson is still increasing rapidly. I just hope we have some athletic kids to move in as well. It’s tough when you have six high schools in your county.

But hey, if we had a soft schedule year after year then we’d benn in the playoffs as well! Since the 1986 brackets, its not hard to do. Even 2-8 teams make the playoffs.

So, you are bragging about making it past the second round twice, then add in another post second round that another posted to make three times in last 25 years?

He's done an outstanding job there. If he does leave to go back home, I wonder if they will be able to find/get someone to keep it going. I understand that they are not favorable on promotion from within if he leaves.
