  1. Rebels vs the Raiders in an important conference matchup. Which offense prevails? Will the Rebels Defense continue to get better or are the Raiders too strong? Who takes home the W?
  2. How did CD stop you guys? Not being ugly. Is CD that good?
  3. Cosby has a few good athletes. They can get out and run. Last week against SN I heard most of that Cosby yardage was gained while SN starters were still playing too.
  4. WG coach Joe Case has told many including Greeneville radio personality Brian Staten that WG will beat SG. That’s a mighty big statement. According to case, WG is just as physical, has more speed, has better skill players, and has a superior kicking game. 2-0 vs 3-0. We better come to play Rebels!!! Assume nothing. This is for THE CAN.
  5. At this early point in the season, each conference game will be for the conference championship. Having just one bad game against anyone in region 1 2A could easily be detrimental in the standings. We are that close right now. I’d love to be able to say one of us is the favorite, but it looks like it may boil down to who improves the fastest and continues to grow. We are all beatable but all very capable of upsetting the others as well.
  6. What does Sullivan North have this year? I haven’t seen much about them.
  7. I think this will be a good game. I think CD pulls out a close one. The Palazzo-Rush connection is just too much for SN to stop.
  8. Same here. He seems like a great guy. Praying he’s ok.
  9. I agree. Hope OS has a great year. Love a scrappy, gritty bunch!
  10. Cocke county and Cloudland ran up the gut on us. If I were Cloudland I’d run Blair all night. He’s a load. And throw it to Lacy. No lies to tell. Our D needs serious work.
  11. Truth lol I didn’t say it’d be easy but with your solid coaches I have every confidence that you will grow stronger from the mistakes.
  12. I’ve always known Hampton to bounce back even stronger. That’s what life is all about...the bounce
  13. It’s difficult to let go of a tough game that could’ve gone either way but was won/lost in the last few plays. I hope the Cloudland and Hampton game is every bit as exciting as the boards have been in the past couple of days. All involved deserve it. With that excitement comes decades of tradition and pride. I wish both teams the best and pray all return home safe and sound. When I think of both teams I have always thought of nasty D and hard nosed runners up the gut around the edge or through whoever is in the way haha. I hope a little bit of that shows up Friday for both teams. I said it on here after our game...I really enjoyed the atmosphere at your place. Good good people. Good luck
  14. Doesn’t bother me. I hope it is a boring game. The last three have made me a bit nervous til we got up a bit. Our D has got to improve.
  15. Nope. We have to clean up our mistakes. Too many to beat really good teams. Yes I’m being picky and looking mostly at what we do wrong, but I’m being for real. Defense has to get better before we can contend for region 1.
  16. Yep we do. Weaknesses everywhere. Penalties and fumbles and mental mistakes and missed tackles and dropped passes and missed blocks and squandered opportunities and inconsistent effort. We are just a hot mess and on top of that apparently our coaching staff is brainless. I wouldn’t worry too much about these Rebels. The only thing we got going for us are the fans. We are relentless—Especially when they bring those $1 dawgs to the visitor stands to sell. They didn’t stand a chance.
