    He took a helmet to the thigh. He is fine.. Sore, tired, and disappointed but he will recover physically and mentally to battle another day.

    Covington went to war in 6 inches of mud and rain for 4 qtrs vs Stratford. If you havent seen Stratford dont comment. Size and athletes playing a role of Cinderella with confidence and momentum. The Chargers showed up. They will show up Saturday. It will be a great game. Our game is based on quickness and speed. Friday we played smashmouth. Sat it will be nice to stand and run.

    I think a key for Covington will be Sr. Leadership. They have several starters both ways that played against PC and Alcoa last year. They are "seasoned". There will be no "deer in the headlights". They expected and deserve to be in this game. Stratford is loaded athletically. We will see. I will believe my Chargers win until someone proves otherwise. #Undfeated4aReason
