Criswell back against Lincoln didn’t play at Page - she not win or lose talent against Page but accounts for ball handling / rebounding / scoring makes others better
Have not seen her play this year but when she played against my rebelettes she could dribble and defend but was not a girl that could shoot from the outside and needs to be a post player. I will say she can be a difference maker on the defense for Lawrence County along with the post player at Lincoln County.

Page will win AAA and coast through their district and the region. what is going on in tullahoma and lawrence county? tullahoma barely escapes Spring Hill at home and then Marshall county gives them a game at home only losing by twelve. Lawrence County loses by almost forty to page last Friday and then turns around and beats Lincoln County by fifteen? Is Lawrence the second best team in the district or is Lincoln County? Tullahoma seems to be struggling bad to find their identity and everyone is chasing Page at this point. Spring Hill could upset someone in the tournament. I have page winning it all for AAA

page beats Lawrence county by 30
Lincoln county beats Marshall county by 40
tullahoma beats spring hill by 15
is it true a player from Spring Hill scored 30 points? second game this week tullahoma has allowed a player to score that many points. how many points did the guard from page have tonight

Not easy I feel when you have 2 5ft 5 8th graders 2 sophomores 1 Jr. Not like he has a big strong group. He gets most out all of them.
easy jobs when recruiting

All teams in top half won with lawrence county lincoln county and page
bottom half has work to do especially tullahoma who looked awful tonight against Lincoln county Marshall can’t win and Spring Hill is bad

Did she play against Loretto? I don’t remember seeing her at the Gatlinburg Christmas tournament.
i was told she did not and it is probably good for her that she did not.

yep. Southside & Westmoreland were definitely the toughest defensive teams we've played.
I am from Franklin county and saw them play oakland at a tournament in tullahoma. I thought oakland would get them with their size but no match. tullahoma I think played them tough and were overmatched but i thought did a good job frustrating players. I’m glad my rebelettes did not play them

Knox catholic is not top competition. Average at best lorretto and Westmoreland are better than catholic.
Knoxville is very good team and i agree they do a good job hyping kids and games but money buys talent

Page won by 30 friday everyone in this district is playing for second. lawrence county has a good chance and lincoln county is very well coached. tullahoma is not the same as years past and marshall county and spring hill both are just very bad this year.

Easy job when you can recruit but a great coach has to bring all that talent together and RC does that

Upperman, DeKalb or Cumberland will be the 4th seed playing Page. Think about it! Then it’s Livingston or White on a neutral court, Do you see any of those teams intimidated by Page?
yes because they can not hang with page

"Easily" and "head and shoulders?" This is the best district in the state and these teams are only making each other stronger.
nobody will come close just mark this thread and talk to page in a month they will own the region

Man, Page is a beast! They remind me of the old Insell-coached Shelbyville teams that just dominated everybody in this district most of the time. Tullahoma running into a buzz saw in Franklin. Lawrence County overpowering Marshall County too.
Lincoln County and Spring Hill is postponed.
maybe some of these teams are not as good as advertised but page is all that and nobody will win in this district all playing for second place

page is best team by 10 points

the old district was such a competitive district but the new one looks to have one dominant team and everybody else. wish my rebelettes could have stayed in old district

As the father of a first year Webb School student athlete, I am curious if the comments above are based on first hand knowledge. Drugs unfortunately are a problem on every campus - private or public. I am sure you are aware of this considering who you root for. As far as academics, I can assure you my freshman daughter survived an academic curriculum this past year that none of her older sisters or cousins ever had to endure in Public school. The 2021 graduates are attending some of the most prestigious universities in our country as others have for decades.
as you articulated with the drugs comment 2021 high school graduates throughout the country will attend prestigious universities this year. some based off merit and some based off privilege. glad your daughter survived her curriculum in a private school without accredited faculty that is not always a easy thing to do when dealing with people not properly trained to educate. i am glad my children are grown and gone because i would say every child survived a curriculum they have not ever seen this past year. not starting an argument this is public knowledge and easy to find. going from a bedford county or franklin county education in the public sector to a private education would be difficult. some pay the price so others do not have to and it is a shame that many get blinded by that through winning. enjoy the spoils but for my money the better athletics is still played on the public fields and always has been in my 58 years on this earth

Agree. They are recruiting more than just girls basketball.
with the drug problems on that campus and turnover in coaching it will not make much difference how much money they throw at the athletics. also non-accredited teaching faculty could be a cause of concern for athletes attending

Shelbyville will have a very hard time with Webb raiding local talent.
predicting that webb will just be a recruiting problem for a few years and once the travel ball coaching connection leaves it will be back to same webb that two years ago my lady rebelettes beat by forty

Huntland has a lot of talent again this year but lost their best player last year to graduation and what would have been their best player this year to Webb. They will still be good though with what they still have. Moore Co will surprise some people. They have 4 seniors, 1 junior and 1 really good freshman. I would put them in front of Huntland in their district.
Huntland should still be good and a very seasoned coach even with losing two good players. moore county i saw a few years ago against huntland and should be better but i do not think the freshman is as good as advertised having seen her play down in age groups aau all spring.

i called my friend over there who has a daughter that plays on the team and she said the coach resigned because he did not agree with the new principal of the high school and some parents who complained about playing time and way things were being done with the program. she said the team and parents were not happy with the current situation and were hoping to having the old coach return but a couple parents and principal were at the center of him leaving and he stood by his own principles and standards. also said the assistants were not helpful and are hurting the current coach with the girls. i was unaware the old coach retired but do know he changed that program in tullahoma for the better and a lot of girls from franklin county went there because of the program he had established. maybe we can keep them here now, but that explains a lot about what is going on in tullahoma. does not matter as page is still the best team in my opinion
