Seen some comparing MAHS & BTW to those Memphis Mitchell teams. I think even kwc would admit (behind closed doors of course) that those MM teams would put a beat down on these teams.

Unlike the girls - coaching will be the determining factor in this championship, and there are 3-4 really good coaches headed to the glass house.

Eagleville has 1 option and I think CC makes someone else beat them in the 4th. Clay wins with at the end with team play.

Pioneer How good is Westview? You all beat them by 9 and they ended the year ranked #2 in Class AA. Was that the best game you all played this year, injures by WV, home court advantage or what?

Personally I think BT plays out of control too often. They have pretty decent shooters but no one that scares a good defense. Their inside game is decent at best so if Madison plays clean ball they win this game.

Yeah 1 vs 2, there can’t be an upset. I thought UC was a pretty large upset.

The Cinderella team is Gibson County. Not saying they will but there is 1 game on their schedule (earlier this year) that stands out. The rest will go as expected. Greenfield 30+ Clarkrange 10+ Loretto 20+ Gibson County is a pick em but if they win it sets up a rematch of last year’s final. I think GC matches up better with Loretto than PC does.

Bullshark may be right. Anyone have a scouting report on Clarkrange? Are they that much better than the rest, other than Greenfield?

This is what happens when a few parents with long money influence the hiring/firing of coaches. The parents behind this have kids that couldn’t play mama pig, much less high school basketball. Bottom line, players win games and when the talent is not there then you could raise Coach Summitt from her grave (god rest her soul) and even she could not win with this pack of scrubs.

Didn’t say the entire team was young. I just know on the road - in post season -that freshmen and sophomores get nervous and make uncharacteristic mistakes. I have seen you play and GC should win but it is not a lock so I went against the grain.
