You grapevine is dried up, know for a fact no one got suspended. You sure do hold a grudge.

Watertown 6-1 travels to Jackson County 3-5 for a Thursday night game. 2 of the 3 wins for Jackson Co I'm pretty sure a middle school team could beat, Red Boiling and Pickett Co. I know nothing about the Sale Creek. I am looking for H20 to play a full game and not make so many mistakes on offense. What do you all think?

That's not open enrollment to me, that's low level private school. Not saying TC is low level schools. I'm sure if a resident of Wilson Co is will to "help" with a sports program then their kid would be allowed to attend said school.

Wilson Co will no longer have open enrollment after this year I believe.

Oh I agree, they wanted me to do the same thing I refused to so. It was all in hopes of getting scholarships. One got one and the other is being looked at.

I was going to stop and eat at the pizza bus on the way to the game, but last time I was out that way I didn't see it....

I know of a parent that held both their kids backs due to sports, they should have graduated last year. They don't go to any of the schools mentioned in this thread, but I know for a fact it does happen. At the time they told me it was for academics, but I knew better. Both kids were straight A students. So to think it doesn't happen, you would be wrong.

Going into week 7 I am just hoping to see H20 play a complete game. So far it's just been them playing halves. We should have hung 50 on White House Friday night, but midway through 2 quarter and the entire 2nd half the offense didn't play well at all. I am not looking past Westmoreland, they have always play hard nose football, and I wouldn't expect anything less Friday night.

Wilson County has open zoning, they don't have to live in Watertown. Just depends if the school has room for them.

Terrible is a strong word, the right tackle is better at the guard. That's where he played in sub last year and had been playing this summer, scrimmages and 1st game until last week. He's learning on the fly, footwork is key and keeping head up. The two positions are completely different... He'll get it worked out. Despite his mistakes the real problem is in the center position. The ball being delivered at the top of the QB head each play is throwing the timing way way off, slowing down the production of the RB, and the passing game. Lineman should only have to block 4-5 seconds and the ball should be gone. After that the pocket breaks down. The whole offense is very young, I think 3 Seniors, experience is key and they are growing up each day. I just hope for a good clean close game, and now one has any major injuries on either side. Also hope that it sets up for 2nd game in the playoffs.
