I have actually seen head officials stop games and gather both HCs to the center of the field and tell them to regain control of their teams.

We’re there any officials/refs at??? I assume those are CF numbers? Emotions are apart of the sport, but sounds like these players crossed the line! From the box score GB controlled the entire game, from reading the posts this common behavior from CF.

You never responded to my comments, I mean no offense here but it appears there could a significant lack of intelligence on your part as again there is nothing to the article from what I read. It seems you are building the case for SP failure, it’s not uncommon behavior when individuals expect failure could possibly be the end result. If I am correct?, you demonstrated this behavior near the beginning of the season? On another note, this GB team appears to have significantly improved from the 2 losses earlier in the season, especially concerning the box score from last night, wow! Usually it seem when opponents play each other twice in a season the game is closer second time around, did not expect to see that outcome.

Thank you for the insight, it appears the Kees have really progressed since then. I watched some film, the competition regressed, however, what jumps out is the team speed is incredible. 23, 1, 20, 5 just to name a few are really speedy.

From what I saw it appears the GB line has the intangibles to take over a game. Say, I see GB lost there first to games this year, what happened in those two games I you don’t mind me asking? Also, I watched the CF vs Oneida game in the less than desirable elements, both those teams seemed like a scrappy bunch of guys.

I need to look some of these players up on hudl, from those numbers they would be fun to watch. Admittedly I am more familiar with the east programs, not all but some.

I was able to find and read the article, and to be honest Roy what read in no way supports your argument or any statements you have made concerning GBs program. My take is Coach Ryan did an interview about the upcoming season and demonstrated transparency concerning the state of his program. I realize individuals, such as yourself, have the right to comprehend anyway they desire to support their argument or justify their insinuations of wrongdoing. It is your prerogative to do so. You may not have issue either what/how fans of other programs think of any statements you’ve made concerning this topic, but I say again your actions and statements are a poor representation of what a great program SP truly is. You think I’m joking but IM NOT.

I feel MHS and AHS are anomalies, not taking anything away from them as they are very well coached and have significant resources but very fun to watch also. East 1A teams such SP, GB, CF, and now OS seem to be building solid programs year after year. Resources are obviously more limited for these programs, however, it is encouraging to see continuing to be competitive.

I am partial to the Knoxville area programs. I do have a soft spot for 1A, as you can probably tell. I stated before I was at the Blount Co jamboree as I wanted to see a top 1A school take on a top 6A school and was very impressed. I have kind of kept up with GB after that. I am excited to see how far the programs left in the playoffs can make it!

No sir I haven’t but would like to as it could help understand your frustration with this. I am familiar with MHS and there ability to provide adequate education is present, however, all you have given is a news paper article and I’m unsure what questions would need answered or that it really matters because if SP and GB meet in a game it appears to me based on the history of you comments 1) If GB beats SP Your comment would possibly be SP was cheated by orchestration. 2) If SP beats GB comments could be no amount of Orchestrating or cheating was able to overcome SP. These are hypothetical of course. I truly, in all seriousness, hope this is all done by you out fun because if not it is really not a good representation of what a great program SP really is. I can tell you a lot more people read these than you know and making accusations about another program is really a discredit to your own program and fan base.

That’s kind of what I’m saying, after reviewing comments, last there were accusations followed by a loss, and now again this year accusations followed by a possible loss. You see this type behavior on the business side as well when people create diversion or set the stage for failure instead of taking ownership.

Mr. Dillard I did what OP suggested and did some film research going back to last year and can see why you see this as a critical situation to aim efforts of wrong doing toward other programs, kind of like what is taking place in our government. I had very little bias last night but after seeing some game film I think I understand the diversion effort.

Good idea OP, so you’re saying the TSSAA is corrupt? I assume someone in the SP program reported this and nothing was done?

Please forgive me as I’m just trying to understand, this is another team you’re accusing of cheating or doing something illegal. I assume you have knowledge of all this? I apologize, but I have never heard of this many illegal issues.

I love high school football, not a fan of seeing fans of two programs such as these make accusations at each other when they have so much to enjoy and be thankful for.

Serious question, how do feel your team compares to the two east teams?

It seems I’ve stirred up a hornet’s nest. I would like to apologize to everyone concerned as I had no intention of this. These appear to be two great programs with historical tradition. It’s truly disturbing to see this become a matter of ill will. I see it this way, if this game takes place it could be one talked about for years. To witness two storied programs lay it all on the line with some of the best talents on both sides 1A football has ever seen. At this point in the season if there were orchestrating circumstances or illegal recruiting on either side one would think those issues would have come to light before now. If this game takes place, I for one hope it happens, fans on both sides of the field may get witness one of the greatest 1A football games ever played.

Oh my, those are some strong statements RD concerning this GB program. It appears this is a very heated rivalry between the two programs? I’m just on the outside looking in but it would great to see these two programs play each other in the regular season every year, don’t you think?
