I don’t know what I’m more excited about. The game tonight or the new field. The fact I don’t have to watch a football game being played in a cow pasture any more is just as exciting.

I agree. It doesn’t get better than playoff football to me. Time to put up or shut up. Can’t say that I hate HC but I def respect them and their tradition. First time I came to yalls school/stadium kinda had a college game feel with the tailgating. Looking forward to tonight already. I’ve said it once already but I’ll say it again. Always gotta bring up past records. I get it. I really do. The year your team gets beat it’s always luck, catching lightning in a bottle etc. Look I give HC a lot of credit. They’re a good football team but to kick DC and say we aren’t on the level to play with HC is ridiculous. You look at HC like an Alcoa or something. This game could go either way tonight but me and you both know if DC does win you already have an excuse in the back of your mind you’ll write on this board tomorrow as to why y’all came up short and it won’t be because DC was the better team.

Looking forward to getting up to HC tomorrow night. Always enjoy the gameday atmosphere up there. I’ll be pulling for my hometown boys at DC for sure but really looking forward to seeing hopefully a couple future Vols on the field for HC. I’m gonna throw a score out there as a prediction but I honestly don’t have any idea the type of team we’ll see from HC. DC 42-32

Just by looking at records/ppg’s alone. DC and HC both look pretty evenly matched. Don’t get me wrong HC has played a lot tougher schedule than DC has. Both have some good wins and some head scratching moments though. I haven’t kept up with HC near as much since DC got moved to region 8 but I expect a good one Friday night. Good luck to both teams. Too early in the week for me to make a prediction. DC- Scoring approx 39ppg and giving up approx 25ppg. Headscratcher: Dyersburg game. HC- Scoring approx 26ppg and giving up approx 18ppg Headscratcher: Giving up 40pts to a 3-7 Northeast team.

I would call HCHS tomorrow morning. Im sure Dyer County is sending an allotment of tickets to HC not sure how many though. I know in our first game Crockett sent us around 200 tickets. I have heard another school in West Tennessee that sent the visiting school around 60 tickets so who knows...

I saw some highlights from the Haywood game and listened to most of the game on the radio today. The defense and turnovers stood out to me. Odoms pick six in game 1 and from what I gathered on the radio Beech's qb got pummeled for the fumble that led to the score. Jamarcus and Kendall will be a handful for us as well as Damron. We both know this one will come down to the trenches. Our first 2 games have showed some sparks on both offense and defense. We've played some good football but we've made some mistakes too that will hurt us down the stretch if we don't clean it up.

I've watched Dyer County the past 2 weeks and I'll be the first to admit there's still some question marks. Been trying to keep up with the patriots the first 2 weeks as well but not much film and vague posts on here have made it difficult. Still haven't got a real good feel on how they have been playing. Fill me in PatriotsNation.
