A 2-8 5A school with a pretty good schedule is a really good win for ANY 1A school. Even if it’s only by 14 points. Looking at Franklin Co’s schedule, they have been in every game they have played except for 1. I don’t think “only” a 14 point win in week 2 against a 5A school means you guys will have much competition in 1A east

I like our chance in this one. Can’t really compare the scores against TC imo. The TC Clay played last week is obviously much improved from the one we played. I do think our schedule is overall a little better which helps us. Realistically this game is all about bragging rights to say you are region champs and being able to avoid SP for another week. I 100% agree. And I don’t think Westmoreland will beat TC. My post was strictly hypothetical because it is a mathematical possibility and you never know what could happen

Little ole me says if SC beats Monterey, and Westmoreland beats TC, there will be 3 teams sitting at 2-3 in region play and all have beat each other. TC 2-3 with win over Monterey Westmoreland 2-3 with win over TC Monterey 2-3 with win over Westmoreland Anybody know how the tie breaker for the 4 spot would play out?

Do I think you guys are a top 10 team? No. MC beat you guys 35-6. If MC is 3rd best team in the state. I find it hard believe that there’s only 5 teams who could play MC closer. This list after #1-6 is irrelevant anyways. (Not #5) Really I was stating my distaste for the voters that come up with this poll. Oliver Springs beat Whitwell by 2 scores, Whitwell is top 10 but OS isn’t? Explain that one to me. And don’t even get me started on my Tigers not being on here

In all honesty, we are not as good as we have been the last 3 years. That group of seniors were always a good group of kids from the time they were in Jr Pro. We are still an above average team, just lack some of the size/speed/ and imo the most important part, depth we were lucky to have the last few years.

We aren’t blessed with great speed all over. We have a few kids who run decent but we don’t anybody who can burn

I’d pay good money to see these. However, I could tell you 2 of the 3 winners. AA title = Alcoa AAA title = Oakland Class A would be money well spent to see though
