  1. Well you are the problem. I would bet my next paycheck that you are one of the ones yapping in the stands tonight. Ill be happy to buy you a "Football For Beginners" book. Heck I will make it a hardback with a nice case... so you can bring it with you on game nights.
  2. Its easy to be impatient. Thats the human in all of us. But it doesnt make for a recipe for success. Im sure these kids are getting all the coaching at home they will ever need. I was embarrassed sitting in those stands tonight.
  3. If I wouldnt have dropped that last bottle of purple, they would have never caught me. That bearded one was QUICK!
  4. People on here are wanting to gripe and complain about utilizing players "get the best people in position" they say! Then FS apparently goes out with a shoulder or neck injury and now its "irrelevant football." I havent been around very long watching this H20 team, they have been really good since I started watching. I can say this, some of the fans are horrible with all the daddy coaches. Two elements of embarrassment for this H2o program tonight, offense and stands. But hey, everyone loves you win you are winning. Just trying to make sense of it all.
  5. Never saw RouldlickRonnie, it was me. Biggest got away.
  6. Also heard the ATM machine is down. Just saying.
  7. Make sure to take your own napkins! Heard it was like eating at Joe's Crab Shack...without Joe!
  8. Has that certain fish stinch I have been told. It is close to CH Lake. So maybe that's it.
  9. Dry field conditions and ER probably mercy rules TC last week. IMO This game will not be close. Unless Macon literally drops the ball.
  10. I definitely agree. Hackett is brilliant and leaves no room for second guessing, so it appears out of necessity, which means lack of experience. And 44 will bite you whether you get to close of not. So no leash rule applies. We probably dont have time to cover the offensive side of things. LOL
  11. 17-13 H20 Special team let down for DC and Pack perfect on the night following two endzone appearances by the H20 offense and a chip shot for 3. I use to live in Vegas. Just trying to make some sense of it all.
  12. Nothing against 44, seems to be a great kid and teammate, dont want anyone to confuse that I am bashing, but I believe with the level of play we have seen thus far at LB, Hackett can have his shoes filled fairly easy, due to this being the first year 44 has been at LB. Alot of ups and downs out of the LB play thus far. But out of the other side of my mouth, 44 will be missed due to senior leadership. H20 run stop will still be solid, its the air assault that might take some wind out of the H20 defense. (Starting Qb out for DC) Could make them more run heavy. And I am ok with that as long as the D isnt on the field for 2/3 of the game.
  13. Its a matter of experience. Look across the board, not many teams can bring back 2 maybe 3 at the best starters to start a season and be fool proof. Talent is there to win, have to let this team develop with experience. And that experience comes with the lights on Friday night. I would hope that the coaches have that understanding as well. And they probably do. Just part of the game. Especially in lower level divisions. BUT! All these teams who have been in the rearview mirror for the past 10 yrs, minus TC, your ER, Westmorelands, etc... Probably need to savior this year, because next year (not writing off this year one bit) might be back in the rearview against H20 again. When they play with 8-9 returning starters on each side of the ball. Just trying to make some sense of it all.
  14. H20 is down but not out. H20 bounces back in to the WIN column with somewhat of an upset. H20 17-13. Special Teams makes the difference in this one.
  15. Have to agree to disagree on this opinion. Which is perfectly fine. Just trying to make sense of it all.
  16. Maybe this year is an "expense" to build toward the future. If H20 isnt going to have the spread'm out sling it around dudes in the near future, maybe this staff is gearing up to gain the experience now so we can shine in the future. My count is 2 starters returned to the Offense and 2-3 starters for the defense this year.
  17. It appears to me, the talent is obvisiously down. So, a little scrambling to get players in the right position if at all possible. The overall lack of talent across the board, with inexperience to boot, new offensive scheme, makes for an uphill battle for any coaching staff. Just trying to make sense of it all.
  18. Help me understand this post please. Are you bad mouthing the players here you are referencing or the coaches? Just trying to make sense is all.
