  1. How do you get a warning point? Asking for a friend.
  2. Was it his Dad!??! This makes alot of sense to me now.
  3. This all has to STOP! The band leader is a close friend of mine. He's a great guy. Not sure about this, but I think a close family member was the band leader at H20 for years. Wait!...maybe just a close friend. Either way, this band leader has taken his group to the classic competitions every year he has been a H20. Rumor has it that the real reason the petition was formed was that he let the kids take a week off before a HUGE competition. They didn't do so well. Like really, really, really bad. If giving the opportunity, Im sure he can bring this group of kids up out of the ashes!!
  4. You my friend have been lied too! True rumor here promise, no lies at all, did I say i promised? H20 is practicing this week. Mon- Virtual, Tuesday-Defense is practicing, Wed- Offense is practicing, Thursday-all hands on deck for walk thru. He never has said TC wasn't any good. He did not mandate a calorie intake. Webster is pretty smart guy, he saw what that no practice high calorie intake did for TC week 10. Well Bye Week 9 I guess. What you have to embrace is the historical facts here.
  5. Recieved permission from Kat Ill speak shortly.
  6. Can I speak on this? Being a newbie I do not want to step on any toes. But, I can shine some light on this rumor.
  7. History can never be changed. You guys are the for sure winners this Friday night, history dictates that. Maybe next year for those Purple Tigers. Good job guys! Do we even have to play this game? Seems to be such a waste of time for everybody over here in H20 Town. Plus, you guys might get banged up. Not like from any hits or anything, because that could never happen from a H20 team. Maybe, sprain and ankle walking down on the field, jam a finger catching a ball during warm ups...something along those lines. You have some pull over there in TC, who did B.S. call for the Upperman game?
  8. We have Fiber-Optics Hi-Speed internet, laptops, really you name it. It's fabulous! But, I can't see where any type of virtual stream would be the same experince for the TC practice attendees. The thrill of putting on your old letterman jackets, won't button any more but what the heck...slip those bad boys over them overalls and have at it! Oh what glorious times!
  9. You, are asking me to lay off the sauce? You must be one of those Old School jackets. Get up before dawn, tobacco juice stain on the wrinkled lower lip. Gets his work done so he can go every afternoon to practice to make sure them there Jackets still look'n good for this Friday night. Or, when you say common folk, are you referring to some type of inmate status?
  10. We will treat you right down here. Come and enjoy what we hope to be a great contest.
  11. They need to come in feeling good about themselves. Not only from the perspectives you have pointed out here, but also for other valid reasons. Watertown facilities will contain a huge crowd...TC players and coaches will not be able idenitfy all the wolves in sheeps clothing amongest their ranks. This allows them to play feeling a little more safer. They have really owned H20 at Robinson Stadium, another great aspect for them. Turnovers never happen at Watertown, count any chance of that happen to TC, even though both turnovers you have referred to were caused by teeth shattering Purple Tiger tackles. Oh! Almost forgot the big one...They now have a HC that is the risen savior and has taken away all their ill will, deceat, back stabbing, player coaching, bad play calling and has mended the community. So yeah, H20 don't have a pray in this one.
  12. It really is cut and dry. I said total domination in the trenches. Are you going to deny that if you really have seen the game? And, yes domination and control was pretty evident if graded on forecasted domination by TC before the game. Oh let me guess "TC is this and that, their defense is this and that...Can't stop this guy because his brother, dad, uncle, girlfriend's two twin brothers, an adopted brother and two others with same last name played at TC...blah, blah, blah." No one in Watertown, or on the H20 team or staff is going to buy in to the TC Post Season history or hype. Everybody just come on over to Watertown this Friday, get whomever out early on good behavior and build your crowd. Have a good time and just relax. We can always bash each other after the game.
  13. I was there, I would say if you watch the film it was pure domination in the trenches. Don't worry, Watertown faithful was just as shocked as the TC faithful. TC can place however many execuses they want on the table, but they got dominated. Go see for yourself.
  14. This group of players for H20 have bought in to the understanding they have to be focused each week. They have embraced coaching, they have stared adversity in the face many times only to stand tall and make believers out of the haters. But, they were not anywhere close to the caliber team they are now at the start of the season. I was leaning on a 2-8 maybe 3-7 season. That was not knowing anything about a few new comers to the Region. Its been mentioned several times over many of these threads, and I am not sure what changed after week 2 against Gordy, but H20 coaching went to a high level. And throw Upperman in the mix, I really wish TC had that game with Upperman. I would have loved to see that outcome. PTP
  15. Well, I was referring to the past almost 4yrs history between these to programs. But, I guess the ol "Gold Ball" bailout will work. But, if we keep the focus over the past 3 yrs, I would say you guys could jump around and throw your arms up and scream "WE WERE ALMOST THE GREATEST AGAIN!" Because if you don't think history can be changed, then you guys are on a collision course with a semi-final failure. Because this is the history TC is clinging to. Is this the business I need to stay out of in TC?
  16. Its really simple. Two great programs coming up Friday night. History over the last 4yrs means nothing. And, if anyone wants to argue that, well, history just tells us H20 will keep shining their 4 Region Championship trophies while TC will keep coming up with coaching execuses once again when they fall short in the semi finals. Oh! How can anyone say that !??! ITS THE GREAT TC PROGRAM!!! THE GREATEST PROGRAM in TN HISTORY!!!, they turn it up in the playoffs every year...blah blah blah. Go ahead and get defensive TC Faithful, its ok...but you cant rely on recent history for one game unless you are willing to embrace the entire history. Win for TC thats great...lose in Semi or Finals= Silver Ball. I will be glad to admit this WIN or Lose Friday night. And probably more importantly, if TC does work this MAGIC Friday night, guess what, Ill be happy to pull for them the rest of the way. JMO
  17. Neither team will break 21 pts this week. JMO
