Meigs doesn’t turn it over much and doesn’t commit a lot of penalties. Pretty disciplined team overall. So that goes in Meigs favor.

We have faced wingt some this year and was fairly successful. I look for a 1 score game.

Glad to hear Westmoreland doesn’t throw a lot. We are average against the pass and good against the run. Our offense is starting to click. Our OL seems to be jelling and getting our bruising FB back has helped make a difference also. Here’s to a successful week for Tigernation. Just enjoy the ride!

Wow! I didn’t realize that. Big games tonight im thinking some exciting games tonight.

Is he your only playmaker? Can qb run? Wr? im sure the defense will have a good gameplan. Hopefully the week off shows up Friday night.

Ouch on 4 starters. Losing that power back hurts Marion. But I agree on setting the edge. We will come at that edge so that could be the deciding factor.

We have a few athletes but not like years past. We hot a couple of injuries but the week off should help that. How’s is your injury situation besides the Rb that’s been out?

well we will bring the power. That’s what we do. We have improved as the season has progressed. I like us having the bye week also. Hopefully we get everyone back. We need our big bruising FB back on offense this week. with Marion riding high after a big win this game sets up to be a dandy.

I expect Marion to come in flying high after whipping Signal like they did. The week off really helped us last year and hopefully it allows a couple of our injured players time to heal up and be ready to go. It’s senior night. Sometimes that’s a good thing and sometimes that’s a bad thing. I know we don’t have a lot of seniors but they are some important ones. This could be game of the week in Tennessee. I’ll make my pick later in the week.

Signal is pretty decent. I would compare them to Bledsoe. I believe we have improved.

I heard that kid wanted to move to Meigs. Has ties to Meigs. Friends there and old coach and Family.

Polk is not a pushover . I expect to see Polk win a big game down the stretch here. They have big strong line and playmakers.

We will know more this Friday as Meigs Travels to Tyner. Early in the season Meigs was slow to start and had some injuries. We will see how it looks Friday night between these 2. Game of the week in the state likely.

Well how about that. Another projected Meigs loss. We have dealt with Injuries ourselves. Our All State/ All region LB/FB has been out. Also a starter on the line. Hopefully they will be back soon. Either way I’m calling the upset and Meigs wins! Something like 35-10

This will be a hard hitting and tough game. You are correct when you say Meigs is beginning to right the ship. That defense is beginning to tighten up and the offense is beginning to click. Hard to defend that type of offense when it’s tan right and Meigs seems to have all the pieces to run it smoothly. meigs-30 mcminn- 17

That’s correct! Goes back a ways. I heard that we looked better Friday night. Defense is getting better and more importantly our offense is starting to click. I have full faith the coaches will have Meigs playing well by the end of the year when it counts.

Agree. The effort is there we just need to figure it out. I believe it could go either way. We could put it together and get rolling we make a deep run. We continue petering around we finish about 500 and out of playoffs. All about the leadership and chemistry at this point.
